Code for In-game Items From Nico

I had bought the stream from this Fanfest via Nico Nico. I don't have an email giving me the code for the in-game items. I've been all over my dashboard on Niconico and found nothing. Can anyone please help me figure out where the code is so I can put it in Mog Station? I only have one email from Nico and I ran every sentence through Google translate and there's nothing pertaining to the code.

They're sending them out 5 days after the stream. I have no idea why the delay is necessary either.

Thank you so much. I'm sitting here freaking out wondering why I never got an email receipt of the purchase. Did Cleeng supporters get the codes already? I couldn't find where it said when we would be able to use the codes but I figured it would be the Monday after like it was with Las Vegas.

I just found this after digging around on Lodestone (the post about live stream purchases with a link showing the steps on how to redeem). "Items are planned to be distributed via Mog Letter starting from December 25, 2016 at 7:01 a.m. (PT)."

Cleeng gave us the bonus items code immediately after purchase, it would be redeemable on Sunday at noon, I got my Wind-up Lulu already!... :)

Did you people whom got the stream from Nico have English audio during the whole event!?... On Cleeng only the keynote was translated!... :confused:

Keynote only. See that's what makes me nervous, I never even received a confirmation email after I purchased the stream. If Cleeng hadn't been such an epic fail I would've used them again.

It was a tiny note on the actual stream page on Nico Nico Live. I only noticed it after specifically looking for it; there's been almost no information at all for Nico users and I don't understand why we have to wait :/

I also received no confirmation email with any receipt (though I am a paid Nico subscriber and they email me monthly about that, so it's not like I'm not receiving their messages in general).

"Mog Letter" is the ingame mail service, it means that starting at that time, accounts with the item code attached to it will start receiving the event items.

I know that, but you can't receive the in-game item until you've put the code in Mog Station. You can't put that code in if you don't have it. My point in posting that was to show that the items (and therefore the code) should have been available as of Dec 25th.

So I guess our options for Germany are equally as crappy. Use Cleeng, where you have to watch live, or you don't see it at all until well-past the event, or, use Nico where you get to watch it back as soon as you want, but have to wait a week for your in-game items. You wouldn't think that in this day and age it would be so hard to make the stream available right away AND have the in-game items mailed out in a prompt fashion.

I thought the JP fanfest was ONLY available from that Nico website. You can get it from Cleeng too? Could you post a link for me please? I don't want to have to sign up for a different website if I can just use Cleeng that I am already on from the NA fanfest.

I received my code five hours ago! The email was in Japanese but that might be because my Nico Nico account is too (just warning anyone who doesn't know what it is).

Same, got mine from an email address with extension @dwango.co.jp (so not the expected niconico address) 6 hours ago. It was in Japanese, but the code inside it is easily recognizable.

Yea I got the email, sent bright an early this morning! Grats guys, and thanks for the help with the panic over something having gone wrong!
