Can we have some outfits like this please?

I am hoping to inspire the development team for future glamour ideas, I think this style is very beautiful and it would be really cool to have in game!

While some of the outfits look indeed nice, you'd be better off playing PSO2 :3

I'm actually glad that FFXIV hasn't become too anime (yet).

Wouldn't mind the Alice ones (mainly the non-blue ones), the rest not sure though.

The outfits themselves are nice, but like SilkaN said, a bit too anime for my taste. Too much schoolgirl uniform and modern feel for my taste. :)

No thanks. Not everyone plays as a little anime girl (I know I have a cat but still).

I'd personally prefer things like this (over the top anime) be kept to a minimum in this game (if at all).

I'd actually like to see a very simple tunic outfit in the game. Something Lord of the Rings-esque or Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Or, and I may be totally weird on this one, something like a traditional Scottish highlander outfit.

They're very cute but doesn't look like something that'd fit.

Think the best way to get the armor you want is to enter the armor contest that FF14 Development team has recently started. If you win you get the armor in the game.

I totally support you suggestion/petition!...

There's nothing like too much anime for XIV, why!?... Because every single outfit is optional, no one forces you to wear it and it wouldn't break the game but instead it would make it all the prettier!...

Please look forward to it Square Enix and Producer Yoshida!... :)

we are all entitled to our opinions, and i guess not all of us have the same taste in clothing, this is the type of thing i wish i could wear in this game but i do understand not everyone will like/want to wear it, then again its not forced its just a suggestion ^_^ teheee.

I'd be more worried about how they handle hoods...as they still have a lot of items with clipping issues, look at any long hair and the Kirimu Coat for example. And one short hair and clipping on the machinist goggles.

I would love armor like the pictures in the OP post. ^^
Right now we have a lot of good armor too but its starting to look all the same imo.
More dresses in the lengh like the maid dress would be nice.

You could probably make some of those with existing gear in the game, valentione skirt and boots have the striped stockings covered, sailor shirt or plague doctors coat and one of the new casting hoods maybe?

I'm not really sure this game can really pull off the elegant Gothic Lolita look, if at all.

Is there another contest going on? I don't see any announcement about it

The event for the tank armor was concluded, but I believe it opens up future contests for other class types.

It's possible to do similar things as what you posted with the gear we have available to us.

I can post some examples if you like ^^

Style wise, I think we're gonna have to branch out eventually. Gear is starting to get too samey. I'd love some more casual and whimsical designs.

IMO, i'd prefer more western outfits.

I agree. I also think it'd look good in white. It has a caster vibe to me (and thus, would probably have a lighter version for the healers), but it could also work for a Ninja set.

What are you talking about it how doesn't it fit. There is an out fit like what you see in the last picture in this game already just with out the hood. I have seen so many girls dressed like Alice in wonderland it's mad crazy.

If anything SE should take these pictures as concept design and change them so they fit more into this game.

What game/anime/VN, OP? Looks neat.
