Housing Demolition has kicked in post 3.4.

Good number of plot have opened up on Siren. Might want to have a look before they all sell on your servers.

A lot of plots opened up on Carbuncle as well, but all except for one L size in The Lavender beds has been taken.

The good news is that I was able to sell a lot of furniture I had stored in my retainers!

Either it hasn't hit Ragnarok yet or nothing freed up. Since I knew it would be on the 11th I kept on checking the list but nothing ever freed up, so yeah.

Bunch of plots opened up in Mist on Coeurl. It's mostly smalls from what I've seen but there are a few mediums and one large.

There were tons of smalls that opened up today on Cactuar. Couple Mediums, and 1-2 Larges in the Goblet. FC mate bought himself a small plot today, and I helped him start decorating it. ^^

Dying for a Large in the Beds or Mist, so just gotta keep watching and waiting! Congrats to anyone who managed to snag themselves a house today! ^^

Me and my OH got to move from a small house in Lavender Beds to a Medium one with an amazing one in Mist on Zodiark. True enough housing situation is not as dire there and there were plenty of plots but it is still nice.

Housing demolition is something now that can free up houses daily... one needs to be vigilant even on the most populated servers.

Probably the case, and that there weren't that many - a couple (maybe 4?) of smalls opened up in the LB on Phoenix (I didn't check anywhere else), and they went pretty fast. And with all the subtlety of a brick, "WTS house in LB/ Mist/ Goblet, /tell for info" in PF swiftly followed.

Indeed - as shown by the increase of "house/plot for sale" threads in PF again. One even boasted of you being able to choose from a range of options in The Goblet that they had for sale. Glad to see they're really punishing the scalpers again. -_-

Managed to get a mansion in the goblet for the FC on cerberus. Great system keeping houses used regularly.
