The Feast 4v4 (solo) UNRATED

Please please please pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, make an option for us to que for either rated 4v4s The Feast (solo) OR UNRATED 4V4S The feast (solo).
(3.46/3.47/3.48/3.49/3.465 patch please whichever comes first)

Unfortunately that requires you to go out and organize 7 other players all from your server. While still a good alternative for practice, I have to sit here and scratch my head while wondering why people are so dismissive to small additions (like a 4v4 solo practice mode) which are innovative and healthy.

I think this idea should see the light of day, and pair it with spectator mode. A solo player queues up with 1 spectator, and can then perhaps teach/demonstrate how to play a job, or vice versa, where the student can play and the spectating teacher can give tips.

We've all been waiting for this since Season 1 Feast first launched, they just never added it in. For now the only unranked we have is 8v8 to practice or mess around in, which is of course extremely different and not comparable to 4v4.

All that to say, +1 yes please add this in.

I agree! this would help me out tremendously!

PvP community isnt large enough to add another mode. You'd see an instant major decline of ranked solo queue. If anything, I would have never implemented 8vs8 and just had an unranked 4vs4.

Yes, made a thread about this myself ages ago. Still waiting on it to happen.

I know but q is already bad I would be more for the restricted time they mentioned so after this ranked time window players use the same q to go into unranked

It would still attract more people to the feast by allowing a different mentality than what is. And new healers you know you need this.

Did you only read the first part of my reply? It would be unranked if you q after the time window where ratings are enabled lets say u q at 7pm till 1am you would get rated like right now outside of that window we wouldnt get rating and rating loss. If you add a seperate q ppl will afk on leaderboards for even longer. ....And pls remove party ranked and make it unranked ty

seem a good idea to me, too much mode kill the queue everywhere anyway

That doesn't make much sense. People AFK on the leaderboards either way - if you add a separate queue they will queue for that and if you restrict ranked to specific times they will either queue while games aren't ranked, queue 8vs8 or frontlines (which happened last season) or just not play PvP at all.
The only effect you get is that you reduce competition even further by preventing people unable to queue during those times from entering the competition in the first place. Not that their rating is really comparable, what with the low comparison points, but still...

As for 4vs4 unrated in general - The way I see it, it could pan out numerous ways:
1) It becomes the new 8vs8 due to lower queues and kills the prior in the process
2) It becomes a dead queue because it either fails to deliver lower queues than 8vs8 or most people interested in 4vs4 just jump straight into ranked anyway
3) Segregation of the playerbase increases all queue times

*shrug*
I don't think it matters whether it's there or not - it doesn't address any of the systemic core issues of PvP in this game. Might as well put it in for the lulz.
