So we're entering week 4 of Wonderous Tails and I have an observation. This is also week 4 of having Labryinth of the Ancients in my Wonderous Tails. I hear stories of players seeing Syrcus Tower or World of Darkness, but RNG keeps giving me Labyrinth of the Ancients. PLEASE STOP RNG. I'd much rather see Syrcus Tower every week, LotA week after week is getting old.
Also: has anyone seen the Hildebrande trials come up in Wonderous Tails? That would be awesome to have pop in.

My weeks 1 and 2 were the same. I think my weeks 3 and 4 are also the same. I picked up a little bit of variety. Just a little. I think we need more.

I haven't done a 24 man for wondrous tails once without even using second chance points, if you don't like labyrinth then don't do it.
It's really not that bad, just don't DoT things and even if you kill a moogle early you should have more than enough dps to kill the king at the end.Quote:

As much as I want the Thancred minion I'm not playing this RNG nightmare. I'd rather get the money to buy it. I'm not much of a raider or one for doing dungeons all the time. Now if they had added some FATEs in there it might not be AS bad.

For those complaining about the RNG, in 4 books, only 4 duties have appeared twice: LotA, Ramuh Ex, Odin (Urth's Font) and Mog Ex. None have repeated more than that.
I have never gotten Aquioplis, or Deep dungeons (1-10 or 31-40) and some floors of Coil.
I just usually get in a party with about 6 friends and spend a couple hours blasting through our WT books. -

The funny thing about OPs complaints is this is the same exact thing people would complain about if the rewards were also RNG and not the same for everyone. They would complain why one person gets better rewards in their eyes compared to what they are able to pick from.

Honestly, I would do the coils if I could build a group for them. I got extremely lucky, and landed in a group happy to hit as many different EX primals as possible for everyone's books, especially since taking newbies equals reroll chances. So, I finally knocked out all the ARR Extremes in one night! -

I always finish Wondrous Tails without do trial ex and Coil/Alexander (I never did these things). But using second chance a lot.
My pool of 2nd chance points generally is big because I do roulette everyday. And sometimes I enter in progress with newbie bonus. -
