Failing attempt to connect to Aether Data Center. Returning Error 2002, then crashing to desk top.

im getting this also, i cant get on any of the na data centers

Well. That proves that. I'll stop questioning that its my router. :( Having the same issue here.

I am getting the same error on two different machines. Made sure I turned off my security, no change. Glad I saw your posts.. I am not crazy... :/

I am also getting the same error since precisely 1AM PDT.
I'm on Sarganatas.
The game hangs up on the log in screen and crashes to desktop after I get the "error 2002" notice.

Are you all on Comcast? They seem to be having a lot of problems right now with different customers able to access different parts of the internet but not all of it.

Yup. Comcast (Seattle, WA node). Been having latency issues all over the place for the past couple days but it had cleared up... which is why I was so heavily questioning my own end.

I am on Comcast yes. /facepalm
Got booted off server at about 12:50AM and been unable to log in with the error 2002 kicking me back to desktop.

Yep we also did a "make sure its not on our end" check too and its not on our end. Mine has only been since 1am pdt this morning though, been okay otherwise.

I can log into all the Jp data center,s but none of the NA ones.

I'm getting it too, I noticed that the other countries' data center still work though.

Can't log in either. Just noticed this today. It's weird because when I logged out yesterday morning, 18ish hours ago, I had this strange gut feeling that'd be the last time I see my char ever/for a long while. /nervous now.

Tried out Mana data center just to test if I could get through. Worked just fine and could make characters and login to the world there peachy. But Primal, the data center I play on, keeps timing out. Error 2002 then crash to desktop.

I also use Comcast. Seattle, WA area

Yeah apparently I've been hit with it in Primal, Levithan. Which is annoying, I'm only in my first month of the game and I haven't been able to get on for 3 hours.

Was able to login. Am in game now, and other sites that were being wonky loaded up just peachy.

Yeah I have Comcast and in Washington state as well. Yeah thanks for the heads up as well.. I just could not understand it since everything else I was doing online seemed to be working fine... :)
