Wanted to thank them for their very prompt response. They were very professional and communicated with me in a polite manner. I felt my concerns were addressed and hopefully the problem in question will be resolved quickly.

I had him a few times and Elear something, only enjoyed those two so far from the 5th i've encounter in my FFXIV time scale. I haven't seen any of the GM's from 1.0 though o.o wonder if they regenerate their names.

Within minutes of submitting a report, Gm Rhinedynast appeared in my chat like a dang angel. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my message in a lovely and understanding manner. It's refreshing to know that you guys care so much about our game play experiences. 8)

I had an issue with another player in the game and Rhinedynast was very helpful in putting my anxiety at ease. Rhinedynast was very professional and kind. As well as quick to respond. I am happy to have interacted with this particular GM.

I agree with all the previous sentiments. In my own experience, Rhinedynast was courteous and professional, and made me feel valued as a player.

I ran across something "troubling" earlier, and Rhinedynast helped me out.
They responded to my complaint quickly, and were very patient and helpful.

I already feel like I told them thank you way too much, but thanks once more, GM! :)


Edit: I thought I had seen their name before! This same GM helped me out nearly a year ago on my old server. They had to deal with me twice, so extra thanks. :p

I also wanted to chime in with appreciation for this GM. I think we've spoken on a few occassions now, and every time has been really pleasant.
