So far I've had decent gain this patch but not where I want it to be. Has anyone had better luck on what is their goldmine?

I have made probably at least 10 million since the patch, but I also haven't put that much effort into it. So I consider it good amount made for the time I did put in.
I'm on Balmung and stuff sells for lot less then smaller servers do
Nope. I've given up caring about gil. I craft when I feel like it and usually for personal use. Then I sell anything excess cluttering my inventory.
Got 140m since the patch just by selling stacks of Battlecraft Demimateria IIIs, Saurian leathers, Gold/Platinum ingots and Cachmere cloth I got from desynthing quick venture/dungeon gear in prior months. Now considering selling all crafting ingridients in my retainers and starting filling them with glamour collection since now I will not need any money till servers shutdown.
Made over 20 mil on day 1 just selling raw mats and much more since then on special orders. I'd say I'm doing pretty good.
yeah...im pretty well off. Mind you i only have alchemy at the moment, but ive made a pretty penny since patch
Banked on Jute selling well for rugs and lost. Market seems frozen on gardening goods (except for Glazenuts. Not sure why). I chose to play content this round instead of crafting so that's been enjoyable. Previously saved and spent gil on housing so since that's acquired I'm going to casually enjoy the game and not focus on gil making so much. It will come as it always does.
Because it's used in crafting of some housing sets like Manor furniture and crafter Benches (which are often misused as furniture too like Cooking Stove), as well as around 5-6 minions. Glazenut seeds are almost always more valuable than nuts because of valuable cross breeding.
Yeah, made more money than I've ever had. It's great.
I made 8 mil just selling woodworking furniture on the first day.
I made less selling new gear, mostly because I was 2 sets for my White Mage and Ninja, so didn't sell much.
The problem on my server is that there are so many crafters, so even an hour after the patch there were already a lot of items on the MB and a lot of undercutting.
In a couple of days, the price of a chest piece went from 3 million to 700k.
And because there is no shortage of new gear or items, the prices goes down a lot.
The price of raw materials is so cheap now. Only about 1k for an HQ log / ore.
I find making and selling the intermediate mats (ingots, cloth) to sell much faster.
Made 8 million first day just selling summoning bells :D
