The Coming Primal Fights

The next primal fights are supposed to be equal or hard than Ifrit?



That's find and dandy, but are the rewards going to be improved as well? Cause those Conjurer/Thaumaturge weapons are definitely not worth repeating the fight for. The only reason to redo the fight is for other linkshell members to get the win as well and the weapons thy want.

i really hope they don't just give us new, better, cool looking weapons. That's not really much incentive.. I'd like to see some GEAR or rare rings/accessories. That would be worth doing actually. Especially the accessories, since there aren't many good ones currently, and you can't meld them either. So these things would be best in slot basically from then til new items were introduced.

I would settle for the way of obtaining the rewards being improved even if the items weren't.

i personally think the moogle weapons look massively gimmicky and super cartoonish so im only caring about the actual stats.

i have to agree here. i hope the stats are improved because the looks of the ifrit weapons are not the issue. this cartoony look reminds me of another game expansion people are laughing about now.... panda expansion anyone lmao.

I hope the stat does other things, Ifrit weapon was focused on high attacks. Moogle weapon can focus more on defense/magic defense/support perspective.

oh definitely. a good developer would give other primal gear different purposes, not better ones.

completely agreed there. if moogle weapons weren't as good in some aspects and better for different situations it would be the best way to keep both sets viable for people to keep them.

And I will answer ur difficulty question. In the last live letter he said the primal team said since they beat Ifrit in such a short time could we make the Moogle fight much harder? He told the team yes you can go much harder on the fight.

If we compare, Ifrit will probably have great wepons for dding when moogle comes out, but moogle will have the best wepons for defense so if you tank, or healer you go for moogle and if you're a dder you go for Ifrit.
