FanFest item code.

Do the codes not work yet or did I get screwed out of the gate?

"The entered code is invalid." and I am 100% sure I put it in right. What do I do now?

The codes won't work until an announced time after the event. Sadly it's like this every time.

The code isn't usable until Las Vegas Fanfest. Also keep in mind, you won't be getting the Tidus/Yuna clothes until next year.

Yes the code isn't usable until fanfest, but you're wrong on the "next year" part for the clothes.

The Europe fan fest is not until February 18-19th 2017

Ugh that's even worse than I thought, the stream seems mucho costly to be honest, but the Yuna garb looks so cute...I'll probably purchase the EU stream...

Unfortunately they're not... you'll get the token now which you trade in for the clothes of your choice, but you can't trade them in until after the EU FanFest, next year...

Minions are delivered after each respective FanFest though.

If you go to the redemption instructions and read them it states specific times. The minion becomes available before the glam costume iirc

I didn't notice either. Where the heck do we even get those codes? I don't see anything on the streaming site, and I didn't get any kind of an email, either.

If you logged into Cleeng with a Facebook account, the email was sent to the email you used on your FB account.

I read that some people did this and then realised that the email they used for their FB account is no longer active and can't get to their codes. So please, be careful with that.

I am having an issue with redeeming my code. I bought my access shortly before the Livestream began in the 14th. When I tried to enter my code (keep in mind this was AFTER Fanfest had started, on the afternoon of the 14th) I get an error message saying that the code has already been used. I have tried entering it several times after that, always with the same message.

I found another thread (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...86#post3900086) where there are a couple of other people having the same problem who purchased the live stream shortly before it began. Anyone else having the issue?

I dont have it, but I recommend you contact SE and see what they can do for you. Aslong as you can proof that you bought the Livestream fee, you should be fine.

Okay, now here's my problem. It's the day of the Tokyo Fan Fest, right? The letter said the code for Wind-Up Lulu will be made redeemable at 7AM PT (which would be 10am for me). It has been two hours now and still nothing! Why is this damned code not working?!

It's today that you should be "able" to use the Code, German Time says : 16:00 GMT which was 2 Hours and 36 Minutes ago.

Same here, according to their instructions the code should be redeemable by now—mine is still saying its invalid

Having the same problem, should have been valid at 10AM EST as it says 7AM PT so it seems like I'm not the only one. Hopefully this will be taken care of soon.

On the other thread it was posted that you can redeem the Tokyo FanFest item code at midnight Pacific time.
