Everything short of relinquishing property? I could see it as a way to lend someone a lot that you own and aren't using but don't want to relinquish.
Thought that was already possible?
Tenants don't quite have every right as the owner.
I'm 100% for this, me and my wife have a M-House together and only I can do must of the crap with it.
Also make it so if I'm not online for 45 day someone that lives with you count to the reset timer.. I fine it bull that it's not when we live in the same house in game and RL.. I know it odd but we don't play each other's game. And if I take time off it crap that she don't count.
Question: Is it possible to let friends or FC members teleport to your apartment?
Giving Full access is a dangerous concept. Giving tenets control of your home you give them permission to do as they please with your stuff. I don't know if SE has a policy for it; but if a tenet decides you clean out your home and sell your stuff. Its likely that SE will not return what was taken, As you willing gave said player access too your home and belongs, while knowing and accepting the risks that come with it. Further more when a tenet places furniture in the home, the home owner can take away tenets the ability to place and remove furniture or worse remove them as a tenet. Keeping the furniture the tenet placed in the home. The problems I listed already currently exist and have been happening with FC rooms where members get locked out of the FC house and can't retrieve their stuff.
Furniture that is placed in a personal home or FC room/home should be returned too the player who originally placed it upon removal of the furniture or player's access too said room/home.
