When will the fireworks in towns stop?

It's so annoying. I want to do something else on my computer while waiting for DF but the fireworks are so loud. Don't want to adjust the sound settings just because of it too.

Go somewhere that isn't town?

When the Rising event is over with.

After the 12th when the Rising ends.

I love the fireworks , I wish they would stay......

Don't worry, they'll complain about 3.4 once it hits for stuff like Tatatru's clothes being too colorful or how Alphinaud is not dead yet.

Guys, don't go hard on Evangela, I feel kinda the same way as she does (but that's more because I find fireworks in general irritating due to really sensitive hearing - and no turning the volume down doesn't really help, it's certain types of sounds that I find particularly uncomfortable; booming, banging or cracking sounds particularly). I do love the big 'Meteor' symbol at the end of the Rising's fireworks though.

Eva I am more surprised how you aren't aware of when the fireworks end already though, as aren't you a 1.0 player/Legacy member?

I understand your frustration, OP. I love the way the fireworks look but I'm not too keen on how loud they are, however I usually play with the sound muted since I have my own music anyway. Still, I imagine it's pretty frustrating for those who don't want to be forced to mute their game. x_x

Only a few more days to endure them, at least!

As someone already stated, is it really that hard to just step inside your house or port to a location without them?
