Exodus: Just got disconnected from server and unable to log back in

I have been trying for several minutes to get back in after I was disconnected. Not only can I not log back into my character but the lobby is giving an error. Please fix this.

Im in the same boat im on sargatanas and cant get to the character screen

15 minutes and still having the same problem.

i'm on Ultros, having the same issue, just can't seem to get it to connect, or if it does, i'm up for about a minute with massive lag. then ...boom! right back down.

Well i rebooted my router and everything is fine now
edit: i post that then get kicked and same problem

I'm on Midgardsormr and am having the same issue. Had no problems staying logged on earlier today.

i did a reboot on my router and PC, same issue.

Midgardsormr here. Having the same issue. Looks like all of us are either Primal or Aether Data Center. Looks like there's an issue somewhere in the process for us to reconnect.

yup also both of my friends who havent logged in today just logged in with no issues

well up until like 10 minutes before this post was made, i was online all day. then...poof. i did a bunch of rebooting and stuff, but nothing.

My wife and I have played literally all day, Leviathan - Primal, and roughly the same time you posted this, 6:30PM EST we both got disconnected at the same time. I wasn't at first sure if it was us or SE since Discord disconnected as well. Since then however, I've rebooted both our router and switch, made sure uPnP is enabled, and turned off Windows Firewall (even though we normally play with it on and it is fine). Still can't get in. The launcher shows all the worlds green and for two hours I was able to click on my character, see the Gridania loading artwork then get booted back to my desktop. To further trouble shoot I tried switched to a different data center and now it won't even pull up my character list, even on my home data center. Sure, my wife and I needed a break but now it has been two hours so can we get back in please :)

oh, that's right discord did act up (about half the servers i'm in i can't connect to them, voice wise) but that hadn't even made me think, but if it's the NA datacenters, i have to wonder if the discords are actually in the same place that this issue is taking place in.

For the record, I'm PC. So I'm wondering if it's just PC players hit with this or are there PS3/PS4 players having this issue?

im using discord as well and had no problem with it when i got kicked and im still using it but i did get this weird error when i started the client after installing my new headset but played for like 3 hours after that

Tried again at 7:44 CST. So far haven't been disconnected yet.

Same here. I thought it was my internet, but nope. I got disconnected with no lag and now I can't log back in.

and now i cant get back in again

At 8:13 CST, I received a 9002 issue and now I can't log back in. 19 minutes. And right in a middle of an Expert Roulette, too.

i got in, was on for a half an hour, then kicked again, took 10 minutes to get back in. so far, it's stable.
