Drow is recruiting for a new progression team!

Drow is a hardcore raiding guild on the Adamantoise server. We are also a part of the Drow gaming organization. The divisions leadership has been very competitive in WoW, Rift, EQ, Vanguard, Wildstar and other games. Our goal is to continue our success and be a competitive raiding guild in FF14.

Current Recruitment Needs

Healers and DPS

Please be aware that we are only seeking raid experienced applicants. Drow is not an entry-level raiding guild. If you are applying you must have extensive experience in a raid team environment.

Raid Schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8-1130PM EST.

About Us

We are dedicated to PvE Raid progression. End of story. As such, every decision we make as a guild - from nightly activity, to raid composition, to loot distribution - is devoted to that end. If conquering raid content alongside other high-end guilds is your motivation in FF14, while putting forth the effort and work it takes to do so in a team environment, then you will be among peers in Drow.

Our reputation is important to us. You must understand the significance of maintaining professionalism in the public eye - from forum conduct to your behavior in-game. Drow as an organization has a long-standing tradition of excellence in gaming and this team fosters excellence.

Team chemistry is paramount. We spend a lot of time playing this game and we want Drow to be an environment in which we enjoy spending that time. We take our guild's cohesion seriously and we believe that it is often the single most important force behind our team's progression. Consequently we're seeking team oriented players who understand that it's often necessary to put Guild needs before the individual.

Loot

Loot in FF14 appears to be pretty class specific. If you end up sharing loot with someone else it will go to whoever will help better progress the group as a whole. Guild Progression is #1 when it comes to distributing loot.

Hey folks,

I am looking to re-enter the raid scene after moving on from several patches ago after besting Turn V. I am currently progressing as PLD main (although flexible on other classes) with the current content in DF/PF and am eager to tackle progression with a dedicated group. I'm a laid back 27 year old , and my schedule is nearly completely open for prime time NA slots.

We very much need more for our other group. I believe we need at least 1 healer and 2 DPS. A NIN would be awesome.
