nope. new mounts wouldnt be good for ffxiv. if implemented, how are we gonna breed and raise chocobos. yall WoW players want every game to be like WoW. why dont u just stick to that game n quit trying to WoWinize FF plz.

Eh? How would a few one-time-only mount options stop anyone from breeding chocobos?

Chocobos will still be the primary mode of transport, because most people (those who start playing after 2.0), won't be able to get these mob mounts. That, and chocobos will have special equipment, participate in battle, and will have physical customization through breeding.

How he said it was like being able to ride before 2.0 release for people who stay and making sure you can still ride them with 2.0, so it's possible this will be out prior to 2.0 even if its a month/two before 2.0...
