[RECRUITMENT] GMT +8 Static LF DRG/MNK for A8S Progress and Beyond

We're a MC group currently progressing on P2 of A8S (we've seen brute justice a couple of times). Looking for a DRG/MNK with DRG being the preferred one and able to play both being a very big bonus.
A7S Merry go round experience is highly preferred, you are welcome to ping us still if you are not there yet as long as you are very confident on your ability to catch up and putting the work for it.

Raid time is from 10pm for 2 lockouts with short break in between, every Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Sometimes if people can't make it for the scheduled raid days or if we are very close to a kill we will try to schedule additional raid day.

We value attitude so as long as you have the drive to raid and also improve on your skills on and off raid time then you're definitely gonna fit in! You don't have to have top DPS, as long as you're willing to learn and listen to suggestions, then you're golden!

Some important stuff:

1. We value attitude. We enjoy raiding with each other, so it won't be good if someone's always salty.
2. Dedication to clear is also highly appreciated. We know it's a game, but we all want to progress and reach the next raid tier right? Researching and watching videos out of the raid time is a good attitude to have, and of course, you should always make sure that you push yourself to be better as a player and improve on your performance.
3. Communication is key to group intensive activities like this one. So we're using discord and a mic for communicating mechanics, tank swaps, and other raid related stuff. You don't have to be talkative or say anything unless the raid rly requires you to. ^^
4. Skill is also important. You don't have to be godly or great on the first day, as long as you're trying to improve and be effective.
