Had an issue in a leveling roulette involving harassment, and GM Elrindonar was quick to come to my aid with the issue. I really appreciate the help! He was very professional and courteous in our conversation.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Elrindonar for being quick to jump on my report at 10pm in the evening. He? was quite helpful and appreciated his kind words. I do appreciate the quick work Square-Enix for taking care of us! I can say that, the biggest turnoff from WoW were all the idiot trolls that constantly harassed every other player in the dungeon/instance...I'm looking at you Leroy! I can say, that while taking out the trash is a never ending; impossible task in an online environment. Squareenix has done a fantastic job with this game/community. I've pretty much been a subscriber since 2.0 and regret nothing. THANKS GUYS :cool:

Elrindonar made an exceptionally quick response to my issue with a rude tank in Pharos Sirius Hard. They provided a welcoming experience and were able to sort out the issues I had with precision! Definitely shout-out worthy and all that jazz. Thanks! :)

Just had GM Elrindonar respond back to me very quickly after sending a report for a player with a harassing message in Party Finder. This is definitely what I call an employee that wants to do the best at their job. Thanks.

I have to agree with the sentiments here. Rarely have I needed to call upon GM assistance in ffxiv; so rarely in fact, that I forgot I had actually done so once before years back. I only just realized when looking at the logs again. While that is a great thing, it is nice to know that one can be responded to with such quickness and courtesy as GM Elrindonar demonstrated. I was not expecting it, but thank you for exceeding my expectations! If only GMs on games passed had all been this way.
