Static recruiting for A8S, 3.4 and beyond

Hello everyone,

We are currently looking for new players to stock up our main rooster for current and future tier progression. Unfortunately, some of our old members went back to play WoW, quit the game or decided to look for another group.
Our plan is to build a solid core of people to clear current content in a reasonable amount of time and to participate in future clear races.

We are currently recruiting:

• 1x WHM/AST

Additionally:

• People who play none of the above mentioned classes, but have an exceptional skill level and the means to back this up
• Benching spots for every class/role

Schedule:
Sunday: 6pm - 9pm ST (GMT)
Monday: 6pm - 9pm ST (GMT)
Wednesday: 6pm - 9pm ST (GMT)
During progress, raids may be extended by one hour in accordance with the group.

Progress:
Gordias: farm
A5S-A7S: farm
A8S: Second Intermission

Sophia: Clear
A9S: Clear
A10: Clear
A11: 90%


We are a dedicated group of players with raiding experience in FFXIV and other MMO's, mainly WoW. While we also encourage new players to join our ranks, we expect solid preparation, patience, attendance and focus for the raids to compensate for our tight raid schedule. To build on this, we expect previous raiding experience during relevant content in FFXIV or another MMORPG.
We can offer a unique, progress oriented raiding atmosphere. Discord, fflogs and an open ear is at your free disposal.

Should you have specific logs you want to show us, feel free to include it in our post.

Please do not repeat errors of your predecessors! Don't apply if...

• ...your attendance is sub 50% in the long rung
• ...you are unable to write a pm to the raid lead in advance if you can't make it to a raid.
• ...You don't consider this game fun anymore and want to quit soon.
• ...Are moving/on vacation for several weeks just a few days after you sign up.
• ...you don't want to use VoIP (Discord) for raids.
• ...you are easily offended, especially regarding criticism.
• ...you can't speak and understand englisch (remember, you are reading this right now).

I might be willing to join you. I'm main warrior (available role changing for 3.4 for any tank or noncaster dps). My experience is all raids in FFxiv done when it was relevant. for midas i did 3/4 and have exp on a8s up to Winged Justice.

Days and times are fine for me but i hope this additional day will be possible every week for early progression, i'm very flexible considering schedule btw. Honestly i'd rather clear new raidtier as fast as possible.
Right now I'm on holiday untill tuesday or wednesday (don't know which day I'll be back yet) without chance to log into game or have a voicechat. We could talk about details after my comeback if you will be interested to give me a try.

hi i am a caster BLM but can SMN as well when needed, i was take a break while midas savage raids, basicly i am wanna start more raiding in 3.4 again am currently looking for a new "drama free" raid group with adult players. :rolleyes:
