Level 4 Limit breaks?

Ok so me and my fc mate was simply brainstorming what would a lb4 be like and what would the classes have as their lb4. so a lb4 is 4 bars but they are actually slightly more smaller then lb3 bars. we thought that come 4.0 theyll put it in the game along with some intense lv70 fights which could require a lb4. so here are some of the thoughts we had about the classes:

Paladins: palys would get a phalanx group shield put around them as well as all of the party member but instead made up of other paladins.http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/...20110424235623

Warriors: while their actual lb is useful, visually it might suck. wars would get a war cry and that war cry would give everyone a significant boost to everything except defense. defense stays the same. instead though your health pool increases, your mp increases, and (this might cause some controversy) you tp pool increases by 1,000. as well as your dps, heals, etc.

Dark Knights: They summon the Dark everywhere and it soon starts to cover everyone in Dark armor sort shadow like. while yes its like the lb3 the lb4 actually makes the party become slightly bigger versions of themselves and look all like a shadow demon complete with wings. another one for dark knight we thought of was have everyone's dark version come out of them wearing the Dark Knight eso armor and they protect them by blocking the attack with a Dark shield.

Dragoon: So im pretty sure alot of dragoons would love it if they got the Nidhogg/Estinian Form from the nid fight. so i thought that they should get the same form except it will be all white with gold due to Hraesvelgrs eye we got.

Monk: We was thinking manks should get like a spirit form and do a 10 hit strike but while in spirit form they move around the enemy hitting them with different techniques. Sort of like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOag_JA18ro

Ninjas: They turn the entire arena black, just pitch black, and then they do a 1,000 hit slash attack that all you see is the flashes from the blade. basically similiar to the haircut guy except you see the slashes were the boss should be at.

Bard: i thought they should get a song and once that song finishes playing, they end up summoning Artemis and Apollo to come from the heavens and together shoot a twin arrow made of 1 night arrow and 1 sunlight arrow just as you shoot yours.

Machinist: Ok so this is were we kinda of went with two directions. So for one we was thinking of a Lazer cannon thatll appear that youll shoot with OR when you activate the lb, your turrent will fly over to you and fuse with you giving you a "iron man" chest and then youll do a "iron man" chest beam.

Black Mage: ok so you know how they already have the whole meteor thing going on. So why not add more meteors to it. Sort of like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7X-MHhRC-o0

Summoners: so this one we thought itll be cool to have a channeled lb. so you know how we have the bahumat deathflare thing. how bout instead of the simple wings and deathflare, we summon the top half of bahumat and then we make him do a deathflare beam at the boss and we the players can actually guide the beam.

Scholars: So for them they summon a garden. and from that garden dozens of fairy's come up and heal everyone or rez everyone of course but they also provide a buff to the part where you get a buff. and in that buff your just invincible for about 5 secs. as well as you dnt get the rez debuff.

Astrologins: They call on the Stars to shine on the team and give thm the same buff as schalors but they also get a buff that gives everyone every card buff for about 1min.

White Mage: For whm we couldnt really think of one so i was hoping for your thoughts on what a lb4 for whm could be and what buff they give.

So thats the sum of what me and my fc mate was just thinking. Your thoughts, concerns, questions. While i know that lb4 sounds wierd for some, i was hoping for a simple discussion on what lb4 could be.

I still believe each player should get their own meter but whatever. Only time my BLM will LB is on large groups that would die by regular AoE spam anyway. And locking a big spell(Meteor) that generally only cost a ton of MP should simply expend all the BLM's MP requiring them to be at 100%. And leave them with no AF/UI stacks. So they either save convert or wait for slow regeneration.

I feel players would enjoy playing their respective classes more if they could each use their LB at their own diction.

You can argue balance but I feel like a LB meaning limits are being broken should mean the balancing of content and how it is completed should omit the use of Limit Breaks to begin with.

But my opinions are frowned upon so it is what it is.

I was thinking about this today, i was thinking we should have an ultimate limit break that is triggered when all 3 alliances activate limit break 3 at the same time.

How bout a lb but it can only go up to lv2. while the group lb goes up to lb4? would that satisfy you?

The Machinist LB4 should be a Turret.

A aspect about Machinist you will notice is that the theme of Machinist's turrets are based on Chess pieces. There is Rook for the single target range Turret, Bishop for AoE turret, and I believe Queen for LB3 Turret.

LB4 can be Pawns where the Machinist summon 8 Turrets that fire a all out attack on the Range LB Area.

Only if we can somehow graft the Heart of Sabik into our staff.

I'd much prefer we have a big damn spell we can only use sparingly that does not rely on LB but rather requires a 15 second cast time. Maybe in a expansion perhaps. Something to accentuate the raw power of a BLM even moreso then Fire 4.

WHM LB4 would probably be Full Heal/Revive/Auto-Life buff with no Weakness debuff and applies to allied alliances.

The Ultimate in OH SHIT! buttons.

That is what Auto-Life is for. Its the classic FF auto-revive.

I'd rather everyone have their own lb as well. Given that they seem to be reluctant to change the lb system, maybe that could stay as it is, and they instead add something similar, maybe call it Trance or something (from FFIX).

Tanks trance meter could build from the amount of damage they personally mitigate while in tank stance (to promote CD usage), or dps when out of tank stance.
Heals could build on healing done (obv lol) but not overheal, and dps while in cleric
Dps obv could build on damage done. Not an arbitrary number, but based on class. Certain tweaks could be made to each class, to take into account things like BRDs singing etc

could be used to encourage people to play their classes well

SMN trance move could be that new akh morn nidhogg uses, love that animation lol

would really love a personal lb

I raise you with SCH LB 4. Lilly is summoned, the size of player in height, raises the dead, then shields everyone with half their maximum HP for 10 seconds.
