The thing is, what you are describing is neither new nor unique to this forum. Sometimes you have to do things for yourself, not others, and if none of the strangers posting on the forum appreciate you, that's their loss, not yours.

Hehe, everyone speaks down to everyone on forums, it's pretty much how they all work :)

You only have 2 options; Grow a thicker skin, or stay away from them. Most forums are venomous, but if you don't take them too seriously, they can be fun.

You tend to make threads about topics that are already being discussed, topics that are pretty common knowledge or topics that get the community pretty heated. It comes across as trolling most of the time and you have been here for almost 2 years so not knowing some of the things you post seems unlikely.
