Edit: I am a little disappointed there was no VIP tickets this year but what can you do I guess.

Still in the damn queue. It's been a while since I've been in a site that does not attempt to provide visual feedback. So I'm not sure if I'm close to getting through :(

The site is stupid slow and the queue doesn't work. Three people that jumped on after me already got through.. yet I'm still stuck in the "Virtual Queue".

Only change I see is a blue bar that appears and it just says welcome to the virtual queue it disappears and its like.... okay??

If its anything like 2014, there might be a VIP upgrade later. Tickets for that one went up in July and VIP upgrade was in September.

Is there a limited number of slots for the advertised premium livestream, and is said premium stream an option in the presale checkout? Will I need to buy a ticket and then later convert it to a "ticket" to the stream? I know I won't be able to make it in person, so I was going to buy access to the stream instead. Information on that is hard to come buy at the time of me posting this.

They've stated they aren't doing VIP this year. The VIP thing in 2014 was a farce and really caused problems.

Now it says my presale code invalid =/

I was here at 3, got a 500 error and had to start over.

Is there a way to contact support over this? I was able to put in my code but I was unable to purchase tickets.

Check your email after purchased. Your ShowClix account temp password. Double check see see if your ticket info is there. :D

Yeah no email from ShowClix. Called them, they know they screwed up but won't help me get my tickets =/

Is there an email address or a phone number I can call or something? Better to get them on the phone now.

And I dont have a Showclix account. Didnt get that far. I was able to select the number of tickets and then it crapped out on me.

day 512 in queue: i just want tickets man...

I had the site crash on me when I slected my tickets, and it went though to 4 instead of the 2 I originally wanted. I put in some friend's names since I didn't want to go back in queue, and got them.

It kinda stinks you can't edit your cart before you check out just in case of this kind of error. I can afford this, but not everyone can.

Just got tickets for myself, and my sis... the waiting was killer. Good luck to those who had errors. I hope you can get through.

Fan Festival ticket site is pushing out fixes to smooth out errors, so hop back into queue if you hit a snag! Still many tickets available!

after site went back up i had 3 selected backed out and changed it back to one and it went smooth from there for me and it shows on my showclix account so im all good so here i come fanfest lol

Got my ticket, I closed the page opened in firefox went back to the original browser IE and instantly got through. What a weird system lol

I have been in the queue for another 20 minutes and my fear is now that once i come back up my input code is invalid.

Tickets acquired! Hope to see some familiar faces there!

Remember, if you end up with more than intended, you can cancel your purchase WITHOUT RE-ENTERING QUEUE. I had 4 by accident, canceled, and re-purchased. You'll just go back to the purchase page, and it'll reset the timer and everything.

I don't think your code will become invalid until you actually use it to make a purchase.
