all i know is that the armored pegasus is from 2000 mentor roulettess, the white ADS is pvp and the puffball is moogle beast tribes, and the tentacle minion os from hullbreaker hard
anyone know where to get the rest? im particularly interested in the white flying head mount

OMG what is that balloon chair mount? I need it in my life.
The bucket minion comes from fishing in south banepool, western coerthas.
The pig minion is 'Porky' and is bought with MGP at the Gold Saucer. I think the Aymeric minion might be 3.3 main storyline completion but don't quote me on that (I haven't gotten around to doing the new storyline yet). Wind up Ramuh and Shiva would be crafted with Primal item drops like the earlier wind up Primals and are thus available on the Market Board (I've seen them for sale there already).
As for that really creepy looking 'head' mount... the speculation is that it's actually Avare's demon-infused head... which if the rumours are to be believed about Edda being the final boss for it, it would probably be a drop from Palace of the Dead... so hence it's not yet available (Palace of the Dead isn't coming til 3.35). I'm not sure about the others though.
Very likely that "fire Fenrir" will be cash shop.
The top right two are Ramuh and Shiva so I'd expect they drop from the EX fights.
Bottom right piggy is in the Gold Saucer.
Bottom middle Ape I think could be from Hullbreaker.
Dragon in the middle is probably in Sohm Kai.

This is a great guide for all the mounts and minions currently available with the new patch.
Like all patches they don't instantly make all of them accessible immediately. Whatever is not listed on the patch notes was not released with the patch and will be released later.
Would not mind the Fire Fenrir to be Mog Station since we already have the normal Fenrir as a MGP reward and players can obtain it if they save up their MGP.
Not like these mounts will be required to progress any type of content since we have plenty of alternatives given to players for free in the game already as quest rewards or putting a little bit more effort and RNGod favor to obtain a new mount.

Minions: Shiva and Ramuh are probably crafted... Y'shtola, elfguy(forget his name, not at home) and Krile cash shop... Middle left from Weeping City...
Mounts: Purple Bird is likely Nidhogg, Red Fenrir cash shop or 100m MGP, Avere is probably a Palace of the Dead or Aquapolis reward... and the... uh... Fat Flying Moogle? Probably a max rank reward for Moogle Tribe
who knows mayb the fat mog with the seat could be an aquapolis drop?? considering all the goodies that drop there would be strange no mount drops

As mentioned my 3.3 Minion Collectors Guide has all the information on currently available mounts minions and barding.
If the item isn't on my list then it isn't available. SE usually adds data that may be released in future events or sub number patches in big patches like this. I will also note that that image is not only a spoiler for some people but is the result of DAT mining and technically against the TOS -.-

NP. Generally look to what is on the lodestone notes and database for what is actually available. Databases like xivdb also restrict what is viewable to match the Lodestone but other fan sites and places like reddit abound with dat mined stuff so it's best to speculate about these kinds of things there and not here on the official forums :)
Oh and just cause something is in the days doesn't mean it will be released soon a couple of minions like wind up goblin, apkallu and little lab were in the days from 2.0 but weren't released for months
