ffxiv unable to complete version check 30410

i been trying to find a way to fix it all day it keeps saying unable to complete version check 30410

Did you really spend all day trying to fix something that you have no control over?

It's due to the Maintenance going on... what I'm more curious about is it says it has an early completion time of 7:30 PDT... which would be 20 minutes ago so why is it still having issues lol
I hope it's fixed soon, can't wait to do the new raids!

That's regarding the lodestone, not the game.

It's like people don't read no matter how often they shove it in our faces...

TLDR
They unplugged the servers to do physical maintenance on them. Of course we cannot update yet.

I know it's the lodestone, I was hoping the game would be following close behind... I knew there was no way I'd be able to get into the game yet, it was just getting to the lodestone at all

People are playing the game now and I am still getting this error. The launcher won't update

Alot of PS4 players are having this issue and SE is staying 100% silent about it. I wish they would at the least say something about a fix happening, or why the ps4 launcher will not update for some people. It full on feels like they don't dare.

I'm wondering if SE is looking into fix this mess

It looks like this is slowly becoming wider spread maybe if enough of us make noise SE will notice that something's busted.

Yeah, eventho pc players are solving the issue by going to game folders thats not okay. SE hasnt done anything to fix this problem. Going to folders and rewriting stuff there isnt something gamer should do. It's not even suggested by SE to fix this problem like this if I'm correct? Not to even mention us ps4 players who can't even do that. Only sit and wait if something might happen.
