I don't understand the last style on the elezen w/ baby dragon minion. It looks exactly like the long style w/ braid that is already available in game for female characters.

Maybe it doesn't have the braid?
Or maybe they made it unisex (even though I'm pretty sure that's a female Elezen in the picture)?
Or the website I got the picture from put it in the wrong section (they did have a section for minions)? >w>

Love that third one on the 'Quote. I've wanted a short hairstyle for the lasses just like that since I saw a similar one in the Hairstyle Contest. :)

True. I'm guessing the pic was probably to showcase the cute dragon and not the hair.

The last one is not a new hairstyle, it's a new minion > baby dragon, it looks alot like the pet dragoon have in FF XI !

Off topic for the link OP posted. Is that new void ark gear? I "kinda", glad it's not curtain robe and long skirt again. Crafter and Gatherer just like poetic gear... Wink emote is nice! Is that armored pegasus "might" obtained by palace of the dead?

Where are you guys seeing a dragon minion or a two seater horse in the posts? Literally scanned the first page 3 times and see nothing o.O

The last one looks somewhat redundant with the spiky sideswept cut we got recently, but hey, it's nice to have a smoother version. I'd use it, if it's also for females.

That aside, well...not my taste. But I'm just a niché, so I'm happy for every bone thrown my way :3

I really hope there are more than the hairstyles shown...I was hoping for a longer style this time or a runner up from the competition for females.

Looks like it's shaping up to be a decent patch. I'd appreciate at least another female hairstyle or two (the runner-up from the contest if at all possible).

That's nice, I guess. I do wish we'd stop getting new hairstyles in favour of other customisation options though. Some new scars, tattoos and facial hair for male characters would be a good start - though I suppose I shouldn't get my hopes up given that the Minfilia outfit gives female characters her hairstyle yet the Cid outfit doesn't give male characters his hairstyle or beard.

The bancho hairstyle finally made it in! I might have to use it for a bit, just to celebrate this cultural wonder finally having its rightful place in FFXIV.

On a more serious note, I'm happy for the people who like them.

But my dreams of cute longer hair are crushed.

RIP.

I like all but the first one. That style just never tripped my trigger. Looks like a parody of Grease. Also, while I would love to see more long hair, for ladies and gents, I can see people complaining about it "clipping" into outfits and head pieces and such. Me, I honestly don't care if hair clips a bit. I just ignore it unless it's REALLY bad. But you know that others will complain if even one little strand of hair is clipping through something.

I love all the new haircuts except the Pompadour.
I'll be testing them on all my alts and such to see which ones fit best. I sadly can't see the new female one suiting my Roe...it's just so hard to see her with anything other than the hair she usually uses.
I'm sure my Female Elezen will love it though. I can also my Hyur rocking the pony tail and my Male Elezen liking the new sweeping style <3

I love the hairstyle that Elezen has! It makes me want to make an Elezen alt and use that hairstyle xD
