Extra housing item limit... when??? PLS DEV OR MOD REPLY TO THIS :O

I know this has been asked in the past but it seems this is a forgotten subject of late :( so when will we finally get more housing item limit???

Nothing about this for patch 3.3 yet they said it would come at 1 point ... shall I assume they are waitin for server upgrades or something ???

It would be real nice if someone finally gives us some closure on this matter :O

With all the new items that keep coming it's becoming harder to remove other items to take it's place :( at this point it's become a matter of "what nice looking item shall i throw away to make room for the new item"

Also....200 items isn't nearly enough for mansion but this has been known for 2 years now :o what's the hold up??? Can we pls have a reply on this matter and why it's taking so long to make this happen???

It's like to see the display culling issues in a large house fixed first before giving us more spots.
It's nice to have a lot of items, but if you can't see them all at once...

hmmm yes :o i could understand outside garden could be a problem to raise item limit but at least inside the home it should be possible :)

Unfortunately they haven't said anything about it for 3.3 so although they might still drop it on us, I feel they would have said something already if that was the plan (like they know people wanted more houses so they've stopping us shouting at them by telling us more housing is coming in 3.3 etc).

And I don't think there's been any further word since then, so it doesn't look promising for any time soon since it doesn't look like they're even working on it yet, just considering for the future :(

Yeah sadly that's pretty much the latest we heard from this matter :( i'll stick to my thoughts on this.... i think they waitin for teh server upgrades to do this so maybe around 4.0 expansion :(

Pls sticky this topic as i'm sure many fellow housing decorator enthousiasts are waitin for the ohhh soooo long promised extra housing item limit raise !!!

This is the one thing I always look forward to each patch since housing came out, and then feel disappointed afterwards.

Also a question:
How many small houses could you fit in a mansion?

Yes please! I have been item capped in my small house and have the layout just right, but it took so many item slots to hide lanterns everywhere to get backlighting effects and other cool things that I had to leave empty spots on my display shelf! Others may have the same issues since a recent item from only a few months ago during an event was a display shelf. This is just one example of little things that I can't do since I'm at the item cap. Plus playing the little game of "which cool item needs to go" each time items are released has to go! Anyway, this is one of them feature upgrades I am MOST looking forward to!

Agreed op, very much needed improvement that has been needed for a very long time now. I hope to buy a mansion one day, but even for now, with a medium house ,I have one floor completely empty and blocked off due to such a low item limit. The other 2 floors are "not bad" but still need added lighting accents etc.

Got very used to 2k+ item limits in Rift to build anything we could imagine...this housing design is soooooo basic, at the very least se, please double indoor and outdoor item limit to make up for the sheer lack of creativity we have and so we can at least somewhat get the atmosphere we are trying to achieve.. tyty!!! :)

I'm not sure if I remember right or not. But I could swear there was some mod/dev in here once that said there was gonna be housing increase in 3.3 like limits of items in the house. Maybe it was just increasing housing plots ? Can be, but really sure it was about increasing the slots inside the houses. I have a large fc house and with the new furniture it's gonna be hard to pull it off, since our limit is already maxed out. We even closed the part upstairs because it's hard to make a room full when you have a large house. Since you have a mini garden coming out in next patch as well, people will struggle more. So many new housing items people want to add but can't due to limit or simply have to remove the current looks inside the house.

I think that was just increasing the number of plots. I've not personally seen anything about increasing the items other than "looking into it". The 3.3 preliminary patch notes are now out too and there's nothing in there about item increase (it's not the sort of thing that would only go on the final patch notes).

Ah bleh. I was so exicted for this patch too, I mean the fc house do want the new things but it will be just stupid that we lack space now... We have a whole floor (top one, large house) closed on both sides, because wanted to fill downstairs and mid floor. Oh well... I really hope they look into it. 50 more items vs a medium house was silly to begin with, because pretty much a large house floor is big as a medium house almost.

I like how every patch/event, we get loaded with more and more furniture....too bad housing limit is still an issue and as much as I would like to add new furniture that they're releasing....there's no room because only 200 item limit for mansions.:/ I would give up new furniture for a year if we could just have our housing limit increased for mediums and larges.;-;

So wanting more housing items to fit in my house :o

I would love to see a furnishing limit increased for all house sizes really. My best friend and I are in love with decorating(could say we are junkies), and we still find that we can have most of the main furnishings we want, but our walls are bare and there's not much for decorations. We'd love to have more plants, plushies, paintings and whatnot in our homes to make it more cozy and lived in. My poor husband has to wait on putting more in his man cave, because I kinda splurged on adding candles and lights to give a more comforting glow to the other two floors =3=;

But I would definitely love to see this happen after the current shortage is taken care of.

I agree on small houses you can only have 20 space available which is ridiculous, they need to increase it

I definitely hope they don't forget about outdoor furnishing slots when they ever get around to increasing the caps. Small houses in particular have it pretty hard with only 20 slots.
