Random thought that just occured while riding my chocobo, and felt I had to share it with the world!
The chocobo music is loud, annoying, and repetative, and i'd much rather listen to the zone BGM's than it, so.. maybe.. please.. let us disable it!

I don't hate the music, but I feel it looping nonstop is not needed. The ability to control music would be nice, honestly.

I'd rather have it either fade to nothingness or zone music after one play, or have a multiple chocobo song loop (more than 2) to go through.

I hate this melody. It was the reason I turned off music in FFXI in the first place even. But until 2.0 I will be playing without music regardless, so I guess I don't really care at the moment

Rental chocobo music sounds better than personal chocobo music.

Wish there's a way to switch between the rental and personal chocobo music without having to actually be on a rental chocobo. I personally prefer the rental one more too. :(

Yeah, I agree. I think personally a single play and then a fade out might be ideal. I think the melody is okay, but okay isn't good enough to play on a loop for any considerable length of time.

I think somewhere in the 2.0 pdf files they mentioned splitting volume control out into multiple sliders to let you control voice, sfx, and music volume separately.
