So, most of the daggers in this game are pretty awesome. However, with so many daggers matched up with their identical pair, I'd like to see some dagger weapons that have the main hand/off hand dagger look different. iirc, Thancred's got this going on. It'd be pretty neat to see players get options for these types of weapons too.

I really wish we could duel wield properly... Equipping two weapons, not one weapon that the game shows as two... Having some static options that are mismatched would be nice, but I'd much prefer being able to match two weapons up myself...

Same with Monk's. And in other games Monk's were strongest by equipping nothing at all for their weapon and you could easily scale their attack power with current Ilvl in accordance to STR.
Just a shame that they dumbed it down for the sake of simplicity and how limited their armory system is. -

Thinking about it, they could probably just give Ninja an offhand option that is effectively just glamour... That's how I'd also work Summoners Egi-Glamours (offhand item determines what you summon, Inferno Focus = Ifrit-Egi for all summons, for example), but for Ninja it could allow us to effectively glamour a second weapon. You equip it in the offhand slot, it does nothing stats-wise (or does, because I'd love to see all Jobs make more use of that off-hand slot), but it effectively works as a weapon glamour and has your second weapon display something differently...

If I recall Neverwinter has this built into the Rouge class. However both the off hand and main hand weapons could have different stats, which led to you needing a duplicate or a better weapon to build the class right. I think this would conflict with the stype VIX has since the game doesn't allow for any player builds. Unless they made the off hand strictly glamour, I have a feeling this would be hard to implement, despite it being a really nice thing to have.

Yeah, I meant as like, it's only a main hand weapon, but the dagger held in each hand looks different. It'd be nice if offhand slot wasn't useless for 90% of the jobs but I don't really expect that to change.

Asymmetry is golden. I want the same for clothing too, mostly gauntlets. I know a few exist already but I'd love to see more. In particular, I'd love a set of fully armoured gauntlets, as in, no skin showing on either arm, but at the same time to have one arm a lot more heavily armoured than the other - not unlike Raubahn... just with the other arm also concealed.
