[static][Phoenix][LFM] LS Static LF a exceptional BRD/MCH for A6S Progression group!

We are currently on A6S Vortexer and are now looking for a exceptional BRD/MCH for savage progression since our current want had to quit raiding due to a new job.

Raid days:
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays - 8:30PM~10:30PM server time

What we expect of you:

- Know your class
- Be able to do mechanics and decent DPS
- Be able to use TeamSpeak 3
- Be able to take criticism
- Have A5S on farm
- Minimum experience A6S Swindler

probably not so much impressive sadly as we've had people joining and leaving or even pugging randoms at desperate times. Keeping a static up is a struggle and finding people too! T_T

finding a replacement for our MCH is difficult too as he was one of our top DPS.

Ah your MCH and my DPS is very similar :) I've not had a good parse up for a while cos I've not had a group for progression for a few weeks :)

Obviously I'd have to server transfer for the group - so whats your trial procedure like? I need to know how solid the current group is before I do that. As spending £13 to move to a broken group would suck :c

yes ofc, that's understandable! We mostly require the things i stated on the first post as for the reason why we've had people coming and going is because they basically didn't keep up with the DPS or don't even know their class or even refuse to communicate through TS - straight up unlucky finding decent people for a progression group. We're only missing a MCH/BRD now since the current one got a new job, other than that we got a solid group of 7 people (our NIN is on a trip this week that's why you can see 2 pugs on one of the parse).

Okay well let me have a think about it. There's a group on my server I wanted to try tonight or tomorrow but they've messed me about a little bit so I'm not holding hope.

Got my a5s clear yesterday. I'll transfer over tonight.

Do you have a list of names I can message to try get in a linkshell or whatever for communication? :)

Also you do communicate using anything else like whatsapp etc? :)
