Lobby Server

The lobby Server connection has encountered an error. 2002

Ditto. Got booted and cant connect to the Data Center now.

I have the same problem :(

Adding one more to the pile. Data center is Aether, world is Balmung. Got a 90002 and now 2002. ISP is Time Warner Cable.

Twice now for me, ultros server

Im having the same issue. Getting 75 % packet loss from the NA Data Center.

Even if I log in, I dont stay logged in for long. Cant even get through a cut scene.

Same Problem, I can get to character select but when I log in I get error 2002

Primal DC. Hyperion server. Multiple 90002 disconnects followed by 2002 lobby errors. Doesn't matter what zone I'm in.

Had about four or so 90002/1s on Leviathan in the span of an hour.

Same problem for me on Brynhildr - Primal Data Center. I can sometimes get on for short periods of time before disconnecting with the above mentioned errors.

I appreciate this isn't any help to you, but I'm not having a problem here (Aether/Sargatanas) and it might be worthwhile you all doing a traceroute. At a guess you're using an ISPs that is routing you through Level3 (traceroute will show if so) which is probably where the issues are as they're notorious for this. This is just a guess through until someone posts a traceroute though :(

I was DCed from Aether server (Adamantoise) 3 times today, and I have a friend that can't make it past the lobby boss on Aether Data server. I won't be surprised if they take down the NA
servers later

Same issue here. Getting a lot of disconnects from the game and then the lobby error. Adamantoise server.

Cactuar server. Been disconnected multiple times today and can't stay logged in game.

Utterly pointless; but to dissuade everyone else from wasting their time with this, I have a 22ms ping response from 199.91.189.74 (the lobby server) and reach there in 15 hops. My ISP routes through Cogent, which is also the Tier 1 ISP SE uses at their CoLo.

SE broke something during maintenance. It's as simple as that.

Balmung for the last Hour

Sargatanas for the last 2 hours. Can't stay connected. My net is good. Had my provider test my line. Easily streaming stuff and surfing. I restarted my router and my pc for good measure.Changed zones area.. loggin for 2 mins .. dc symbol 900002 then 2002 .. everything was fine before maint.

I've been getting a lovely mix of 90001, 90002, 2002, with one 10102 Error Trying to log back in. Adamantoise, Aether Data Server. They're probably going to do an emergency maintenance at some point once they figure out what they did wrong.

I cannot stay connected to the NA data center for more than a few minutes. With people talking about how the hops might be affecting connection I am fully convinced.
I can connect and play perfectly well on the JP data center. I have not had any issues nor have I been disconnected for the last 3 hours.

really sucks, it's hard to bring myself to do rank solo 4v4 Feast when the threat of DCing is so high. Causes so much anxiety

I was about to log in today and saw this thread earlier. Is this still going on?

Same issues here on Balmung. Even got disconnected while in an inn room.

Adamantoise isn't immune from this either, can't stay connected for more than 1 minute, 90002 then 2002, that's if I'm not just booted immediately with 2002 errors.

Cactaur is FUBAR. No disconnects for me, but its a complete lag-fest in any instance.

Wonder if they are gonna do some emergency maintiance, cause something they did last night is seriously messed up. -_-

I'll go ahead and add myself to the pool of players experiencing this too. Been DCing to 90002 errors followed by a couple of 2002's on trying to log back in.

Happens roughly every 30 minutes and I've met multiple people in DF that have the same happening to them.

Is this still going on? I'm not looking forward to coming home to another night of this.

Got online yesterday evening and stayed online okay, but dealt with numerous and frequent lag spikes, making Midas more "fun" than it was meant to be. My apologies to anyone I DF'd with in Midas sections yesterday (mostly A8).

It's so bad now that when I disconnect from XIV I go offline altogether, but that has to be pure coincidence on my ISP's part. At least, that's what I'd like to think but dungeon, dailies, just flying around, it doesn't matter what I do now and whatever happened during the past two maintenances must've broken something.
