Formation of Leveling/Grouping LS

Last evening as I logged off I had an Idea. Linkshells, such drama, such anger about people with multiple shells. I just want to level my classes right now and im no where near end game activity. Im new to the server as I switched from another lower population one recently to enhance my gameplay.
What I have noticed about FFXIV is it lacks server wide chat or level based chat. If im not in Uldah /sh for a party I can not reach fellow gamers also seeking the same. Hence my idea comes to mind.
I am going to create a Linkshell this evening that has NO boundries. I want people to be able to comunicate IF THEY WISH, or not comunicate IF THEY WISH. Listen to others chat, seek groups for grind parties, seek out crafters, sell items or whatever you wish to do. Never equip the shell, never speak in it I dont care I will not stress it. Passing through until you can find a home your comfortable with, Fine. By no means am I asking this be your MAIN or only linkshell. The purpose it to allow people to have an option if they want to comunicate server wide with others that are NOT in their shells.
There is NO web site, No application, No level requirements of any kind. English,Japanese,Euro it make no matter as SE gives us a translator to be able to comunicate. Come one come all and have fun.
I plan on Logging on Tonight at 10:30 PM Easter time and playing for a few hours. I play EVERY day and weekend as I am addicted to MMORP's. Im an older single guy and have no real agenda in life other that playing games. Ever seen anyone with an MMO addiction, talk to me.

This is why I also posted here looking for a shell. Having no world chat is very boring. I know they want you to get in a shell, but then they limit the numbers too. Yes, you get drama in chat channels too, but at least it doesn't make you feel like you are playing alone and you can ask questions, or help people too.

I see people in ul'dah looking for this type of LS pretty regularly too. You can probably recruit there or just reply to the shouts for them.

Hey everyone. Thanks and hello to all the members I was able to get to and invite. Were up to 16 at this point. I would love to get more into the shell if possible.
Again this is a secondary/background thing Join the shell and never even equip it if ya dont want is fine. You can still see chat in your log if your part of a shell. It does not need to be equipped to see what others are saying. Possibly you may find something your seeking who knows.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to throw it out there again that were still happy to invite anyone that wishes to join. Keep us in the background if ya wish but give yourself the option to listen to whats said. Were up to 20 members at this time. Thanks to all who have joined.

The LS you're trying to create is the very definition of a "casual" LS, no?

Hi, I am also willing to join this LS if you guys or girls are willing to recruit a new character from a different server. Currently lvl 9 CON atm but that will soon change, and hoping to join so I dont have to play by myself.
