Seriously. Broke ass level one gear with almost all crafts to 50, how more obvious do they need to be? Get them the hell off the servers, or at least allow us to call a GM on sight.

They say they have to take it easy and see if they are real RMT or just players who want to name 7 account dadfa dafa ,fjal, adlfj, adgfa, agaag and so on lol.
I think most of the RMT would leave when RMT start seeing how if they are base in china they block my IP but they found a way around that. But there no way around the fact if you have a NA account you need to pay with a NA bank account but i guess they can find other way lol.
I'm not talking about RMT I am talking about the noobs that sit there with a rapid fire or 'turbo' controller and bot crafting by just leaving 50 stacks of mats in their inv.
It's against the ToS what is the point of laying down rules if they are gonna keep letting people break them. I demand SE allows us to call GMs on these people. If the GM /tells them and they dont repond after a couple minutes they are obviously botting and get insta banned. problem solved.
I was thinking about getting an Xbox controller (or whatever machine it was from) for that "turbo" button myself LOL. Just because the idea of turbo button made me think of when I used to leave my FFIV (PSP) on and let it "auto battle" spamming "Steal" for 10 mins while I went to take shower. But I am keyboard only person, so I don't really want to move my lazy butt to a store to buy a controller.
Some people spam enter key while crafting low level mat (like me and my mountain of Cotton Bolls) and doing something else at the same time though. I myself would bring a few manga book and read while I do that because staring at the screen doing 0 exp synth makes me sleepy. Wish there's a way to differentiate whether it's a person sitting there spamming enter key or an AFK botting player.
That being said, we have no solid way of finding out whether it's a botter or not, however, I make sure I send report to STF, asking for investigation whenever I see suspicious players.
Sounds good.
tell them to make system that doesnt encourage you to use turbo button, or spam a controller button while doing something else.
Seriously, this is not an issue for the players, they created a system this completely automated, with out automating it. They could have made quality effect exp a lot more, and make getting quality/finishing the synth require a lot of interactivity, but they chose to go the opposite way. When they make people have to pay attention to craft, and make real choices for better reward, then people will stop turbo button movie watching crafting
I really cant fault anyone for afk spamming a button mindlessly, or looking at the screen while spamming a button mindlessly, or creating a system to spam the button mindlessly for you. The problem is the mindless aspect.
I use a controller and press it while watching tv or looking stuff on website so you can't ban a person for that. A lot of people just press it while watching TV. If they make so you have to press wait that would fix your problem,.
Can't really ban someone for using 'turbo' controller maybe SE should come with a system that don't allow you to press X more then 3times while crafting.
Both me and my GF just press it while watching netflix on our 3rd pc which i put the monitor right in the middle of us so i don't even look at my screen while pressing it over and over again.
Put them in the PvP pit!!! Fresh meat!!! >=D
This definitely falls into the category of "problems with the game, not problems with players." There's literally no way to differentiate between the gameplay a bot experiences and the gameplay a human experiences with the crafting system the way it is; it's why I'm waiting until 2.0 at -least- to get back into crafting.
If you band people for using the turbo button on controller you should ban others for just spamming enter. Then you'd ban probably 90% of crafters. I'd say ban people with obvious rmt names in suspicious gear and such, but i don't know anyone with a craft that doesn't at least have some sort of crafting gear they upgrade even if they do just press enter or use turbo. I don't press enter all the time, but most of the time for just leveling I am ^^ Difference between that and Turbo? Spamming enter while watching tv you still have to probably add carpal tunnel mileage to your good old body, but turbo you wouldn't.
So sit back chill, press enter or turbo and watch some anime on tv, might get you out of the mud a little.
If you use a specific third party program to bot (you can tell a lot of them revolved around hasty hand), you should be banned.
you can call a GM... i've gotten ahold a a senior GM several times and even got Lord Nemo on Saronia suspended for 24hour for MPKing, the GM's are watching and are out there you just gotta be smart in getting ahold of them.
in order to ban someone they have channels they must go through,
1st they have to have multiple reports of this people being accused
2nd they must try to make contact with the player
3rd during contact if the player is non responsive after 15mins then it is considered confirmed to be afk. If the player is doing actions while this is happening then its considered to be simulated game play (botting) and one 1st offense is a 7day suspension. 2nd offense is a ban of that character.
all you can do is send in a report to the GM call in game, wait for a reply, then reply to that reply and wait for a reply then keep replying as they reply to you after 4-5 times a SGM will contact you and solve the matter.
heres the image of SGM on Saronia with a player in GM jail to prove that this is possible (also i'm quite proud of being the cause of this haha) http://i55.tinypic.com/2zdyxz7.jpg
