3.2 Auto attack indicator.

So, with patch 3.2 they added an auto attack indicator for enemy health bars. Is there a way to remove this? It's super annoying. I have my buffs right above the enemy target bar, and sometimes the auto attack indicator will cover up or overlap certain buffs like huton or monk buffs, and i can't see if they're falling off or not.

it helped me alot myself

on heavy dodging fights sometimes my autos doesnt happen at least that way im sure autos are happening

I also hate this stupid thing. Covering up my timers is the *only* thing it has done for me. Glanced in the settings but didn't notice an option for it, so I just took a second to rearrange UI positions a bit. Still don't like it, but at least it doesn't obscure everything now.

I am glad we must no longer rely at those head boss marks because some bosses are just way tooo BIG...

Another stupid UI decision on par with the GDC countdown, its super annoying and overlaps on icons, only thing you can do which i did, is go to HUD config and move the target bar slightly down..

Totally clearly the most super best important update for casters

i need to see when my autoattack is up far more than the timer for Enochian or even DWT

because obviously i play enough that i know the times by memory and casts, and fights cant have rng and throw my rotation off

I agree I find this thing rather annoying and I never thought of it as a necessity? I would've thought they would have tested it and noticed how it covers timers on buffs and makes it hard to see. Does anyone know a way to remedy this ??

Personally I don't see any issue, it's been useful for me as a SMN to more easily see if I'm doing my book smacks or not.

As a MCH/BRD... I have no strong feelings one way or another. I already moved my status bars so it's not obstructing anything for me...but nothing's in the default position for my UI.

I don't even notice it. At most it occasionally covers alliance windows... but since I don't play healer much I couldn't give two expletives about Jeremy the blm dying to stupid or Jimmy the off tank about to get creamed.

I just find it funny that it shows up for my Mch when I'm using Gauss Barrel, never had an issue with it though.

I didnt really notice it until I saw this thread. It does not really matter for me anyways since I moved my personal status effects indicators to right above my cross hotbar a long time ago anyways

My target bar is so far at the top of the screen that new auto attack indicator doesn't even show up

All the debuffs/buffs on the boss are under the target bar

If you are talking about the cooldown countdown timer, it can be switched off in the settings. If you are talking about that circle thingy, you can't do anything about it.
