The Kirimu Coat was so sexy, you had to give it to everyone.

Soooo to be a bit more fair to Bards how about giving us the Arachne Scouting set now? Thanks.

Also please let everyone wear the Arachne Culottes of Healing... my DRG alt "needs" them for her glamour. For....reasons.
I know Soken agrees with me on this! Please Squeenix.

(also why are the new glamour gloves female only? Only female characters can handle gloves? That's intense.)

Been asking for this since they gave the kirimu coats to MNK/NIN, and the BRD/MCH counterpart...was a recolor of a gear they could already wear (which was also shared with casters and healers). Honestly the glamour game for MCH/BRD has felt pretty weak to me throughout 3.x.

Gawd, just get rid of the silly can-only-glamour-stuff-your-job-can-equip restriction. Any possible justification for this (tanks should look like tanks! Healers should look like healers!) got thrown out the window as soon as bikini tanks hit the field.

Remove this restriction, and devs won't need to waste development time coming up with non-job-specific "replica" versions of popular gear. And, unlike the contention with gender-specific gear, there's no requirement to remodel the gear in any way - the models all already exist!

The justification for restricting glamour to class was flawed to begin with and only getting worse over time. I'm seriously confused why they bothered to make a Kirimu Coat replica, when they could have saved so much effort, both present and future, just by removing the restriction?

I've liked lots of the BRD/MCH glamour but seriously that """""recolour""''" made me want to throw my controller through the window.

That would make way too much sense. They often seem to take the harder, nonsense road to put something in the game instead of common sense.

OT - I'd like the arachne/kirimu MNK/NIN set for all classes, too, it's my fave set and when it came out it made me (even more) glad that I play MNK for my main.

yeah , im using the kirimu coat as glamour .. and now i dont feel like wearing it anymore, waiting until i get a new chest in this patch :/, 3.0 glamour for brd/mch has been meh at best...

It's something I think Yoshi P said once... I disregarded it immediately as just some quick excuse he threw out to basically beat around the bush instead of saying "no, I don't want to do that".

Most people use that comment in hyperbolic and parody comments because it's completely absurd, in both reasoning and actuality.
