What Do You Mean I Can't Be a Mentor!?

Went to the Hall of the Novice to register as a mentor for being a DOW specializing in DPS. When I go up to the Smith, he does not recognize my achievements. I have fulfilled all necessary requirements for being a mentor. I am at Level 60 on Dragoon, I have the Dungeon Master title for clearing 1,000 dungeons and I have over 1,100 commendations.

So why am I refused entry to become a mentor?

Do you have a tank and a healer at 60 as well, with the respective quests completed?

Have to have one of every role to be a mentor.

How's your tank and healer? Because you need to have at least one lv 60 for each

I'm more surprised that I have to unlock the EX primals before I can do the roulette. Wonderful...

Not sure but you probably need a 60 tank and healer.

you currently only have 1 class reach 60lv is dragoon so you can't, you need tank and healer as well to 60

It's almost like everyone who read the preliminary patch notes or that have visited the forums in the past 5 days did also..

But would we really want a guy like that being a mentor if even he can't read simple instructions? How would he be a good mentor to others when he apparently says he met the requirements but didn't know that he had to have a lvl 60 in all 3 class types...
