What counts as high level duty?

I am working on leveling my tank and was just wondering what counts as a high level duty for the achievement to get the tank mount.

I know these were added before the expansion so was just wondering if new content counts or if it is just the old high level content.

Extreme primals and 8-man raids.

EX Primals (including Thordan), Coil of Bahamut (all three), and Alexander (including normal modes).

Void Ark doesn't count (nor do the three 24-man raids from ARR).

What's funny is T3 takes longer to clear than T4 anyway.

@OP - T4 unsynced spam is probably the fastest, easiest way to get a tank mount.

I haven't done t4 unsynced, I'd imagine it's pretty quick

At the same time, you can do Titan ex with 7 tanks 1 heals in 2 minutes, which is pretty fast as well

They post it in the patch notes when they update it. For 3.2:

Yeah, that's why I specified fastest and easiest. There's no mechanics whatsoever in T4, just a lot of trash to kill.

You can also burn ruda pretty fast too
