subscription question for monthly subscribers

has any1 who subscribes 1 month at a time been billed for january??

my retainers expired which is wierd since my sub n retainers normally get paid at the same time so went to mogstation to check... my last sub payment was december nothing for january but in account info it says my next payment for subscription is near the end of febuary??

i had to go into additional services just to reactivate my retainers aswell which is normally automatic ;/ havent even recived the usual emails for when payment is due eithier ._.

I just checked; I was already billed for Jan (including my retainers). I have a recurring sub, per month.
Wonder if it just was a hiccup.

i have recurrin aswell.. and im like 3 days past the day it got paid in december ;/ no email saying it got paid except for the retainers i reactivated so thats why im curious to whats going on since technically im playing for free right nows?? ._.

yeah i emailed support asking but wondering if happening to any1 else while waiting for reply.. seems wierd it could only be me so thought id ask :P

My payments went through like normal, only time i had that happen was in December when my payment was n the holiday. Once the first hit my payment went through. sorry i couldn't be more help.

OP, perhaps there were insufficient funds for SE to take out for all the retainers? I can't think of any other reason why the retainers payment wouldn't be billed with your subscription.

doesnt explain why i havent even got the email telling me about an upcoming subscription payment tho and i havent even been billed for subscription eithier its literally skipped a month XD got plenty of money in the account so thats not a problem :(

update -- support told me that my subscription payment was made on the 23rd of january so why havent i recieved an email telling me it has or why isnt it showing in mogstation payment history ._.

That is really weird.. you double checked your account settings, right? Your email and card are still listed?

yeah i emailed them again because the whole situation is just strange and confusing lol ;/ i have a screenshot of all the info but dont know how to upload it without using a link in forums

it says payment credit/debit card and my subscription is listed as active ;/ wanna get it sorted because i know i havent paid a sub for january n feels wrong playing for free :(

I had something similar to this happen to me once where I ended up having to reactivate my account as well as the retainers, only thing I can think of is that I must not have had quite enough to pay for both the retainers and sub that month so it kicked everything out rather than just suspending the one retainer. It seems like each retainer probably gets figured into your actual sub fee rather than separately.

yeah i have enough money in there so know thats not a problem xD my retainers expired on the day my sub n retainers fee was supposed to be paid i reactivated my retainers through mogstation but its saying my sub fee isnt due until febuary which is skipping a whole month :/
