Is there a set time houses go up for autosale?

I've been waiting on a small house on Ragnarok for ages, I keep missing them, lastnight I found one, was waiting by the sign post for my other half to teleport to me and some little scrote of a lala rode over my face purchased the land, ranted about how he buys and sells houses and then sold it for way more than he got the plot for the next morning,
So is there a set time these houses get demolished or am I doomed to periodically checking the Residential Ward Window in the Main cities :(

You should have screen capped his rant and reported him to a GM.

It could get you a house, I have heard of cases of people doing that and being reported for it and getting in trouble and having the house taken away. So there a chance the house might become available again.

Hopefully someone has better experience than me with how often plots seem to come up, I don't want my game time to revolve around looking at a window full of houses lol

The time changes based on server maintenance. Downtime doesn't count towards relinquishment. So.. if you found the time, let's say.. today... it would be the same tomorrow and the next day, until there's a maintenance. Then, the time changes due to how long the maintenance is. So if maintenance is 2 hours, the relinquish would start taking place 2 hours later than the time you found.

Ok, well I know what time I found it - so its just a case of checking at that time again and hoping someone forgot to visit their house for 45 days then :)

If you are the one searching for a house, why not ask the significant other to set you up to be prepared to buy it when you see it?

Already sorted now, did it when he got to me, he wasn't able to get to me sooner on the night. Does not make the "lovely" person any less of an arse for powerselling :)

Well, checking every day at the same time as the other one, and randomly through to day and nothing..I'm doomed. WTB more wards.
