Private Chamber question

If I buy a private chamber in my FC house, what happens if I end up leaving the FC? Do I still get to keep my private chamber or do I lose it and have to buy another?

You lose it. You only have access to as long as you are a member of the FC.

If you leave your free company you will have to buy another because it will be destroyed once you leave.

You lose it and need to buy another.

You have to destroy the room and remove any furniture before being allowed to leave an FC.

You can't demolish the room unless all furnishings are removed.

I haven't done it but I *think* in order to destroy the room it will first ask you to remove the furniture.

If you don't pick up anything then yes your furniture will get destroyed, keep in mind that some furniture is there permanently and you can't take them with you before you destroy the room so no matter what you're going to destroy some things depending on whether or not the furniture is able to be picked back up and placed into your inventory once it's placed in your room.

I'm not sure how leaving an FC works but if you get kicked from an FC your room is destroyed and your furniture gets sent to an NPC which you can pick up later. You sure your furnishings get destroyed when leaving on your own?
