Chances of beating Bismarck HM with a pug group?

Exactly the title.

I tried it once today and it wasn't a very good run, people weren't using the shield or were falling off the island somehow and ragequitting.

It sort of feels like one of those dungeons you need a FC group for, but I'm not sure.

I get it every so often in Roulette and it's hardly a problem. The times people ragequit after one fail, they're usually replaced immediately, even tanks and it goes smoothly. The people quitting after one fail are most likely the ones holding the group back.

Usually ok after 1-2 wipes. Or if lucky 1 and done.

I rarely had "meh" groups there. Either it works great on first/second try or it's a complete disaster...u.U

95% of the time my groups would wipe and rage quit, so I'd say abysmally low.

bismarck df isnt that bad, even extreme mode succeeds in 1 out of 3/4 cases, so hard mode should be way easier

Story mode Bismarck is a cakewalk, even with a few new people I typically one shot it on primal

Got it the other day in trial roulette. Had to DPS my ass off (I was SCH) but we one-shotted it.

I just got it for Trial Roulette and it gives an Echo bonus apparently if you wipe. So it's absolutely easy. You just need to make sure people operate the Dragonkillers when they're up.

The biggest issue with it and Ravana are when you do them. Do it during weekend heavy hours and half the group needs the clear, isn't level capped, barely meets the min ilvl, and doesn't understand anything beyond hitting two buttons. Do it during the week and everyone is there for a roulette bonus, overgeared, and has done it a hundred times before.

I finished the dungeon a few hours ago.

Had to order people around a bit but we finished the dungeon after wiping twice. I was busy barking out orders, using the barrier, dpsing, and healing both everyone and the tank. Dodging aoes while typing out orders is not easy. Also had to advist the healer to focus on the tanks and throw out aoe heald at regular intervals.

But we did get it done, so yeah.

The first two times I attempted Bismark HM (or NM as the case may be... ><; ), the groups were AWFUL. People were practically jumping off the island. I decided to take it upon myself to set up the shield and man a dragonkiller, but of course, the other dragonkiller often went unattended, and that complicated things just a bit. ._.; The DPS was also terribad... so yeah. Needless to say I elected to leave both of those attempts (and I didn't feel sorry).

The third time I queued up for it went perfectly smooth. :| So I'm guessing it's just a "luck of the draw" kind of thing, as it usually is with the DF.

Just cleared 3 people through Bis ex with a PF group that was mostly pug so yeah, luck of the draw lol

I cleared Bismark HM yesterday on the first try in DF. It was the first time for me and two other players. The fight was pretty smooth. Maybe I was lucky, I don't know. Or the 5 others players were real badass harcore gamers and did all the job ;)

But in general I'm very lucky in DF. I cleared almost all the 2.X Primals Ex in DF.

Mostly 1-shot, sometimes wipe and kill it second time.
