I wonder FFXIV V2 is going to be 64bit... and if it's going to support XFIRE and/or SLI GCARDS.
What's your thoughts?
Sorry if someone already asked this.

I'm really realllly hoping the "new engine" they are talking about is Luminous
64-bit I doubt because Windows XP uses would be screwed since its a 32-bit only OS, however DirectX11 + SLI/CrossFirex support will most likely happen
There is still a semi large xp user base.
But yea any pc sold recently defiantly comes with 7 standard. but there again you can run into the 32 v 64 bit flavor issue.
In before Windows XP PC limitations (haha! now its the PC players' faults)
Seriously though...upgrade your damn computers you goons and stop tryin' to be these guys...64-bit > any 32bit.
You guys don't know what your talking about because its only 1 DLL they have to add with is Bdcap64 i believe its called an then they just make it access that instead of Bdcap32 . It's some thing like that the way it's operated is it detects whether you are using 32bit or 64 an just launches from there. So it is very much possible to run both types. Anyways it is possible i remember a friend back in November who used to be in my LS say he used 64bit but he had to do with task manager to get it to work
If you have a PC powerful enough to run this game at non-'Kill-me-now' framerates you almost have to have either Vista or 7. Which is basically almost every PC bought in the past four years.
If you have XP in 2013, your going to have problems doing anything thing on your PC. It's already 10 years old, update your OS already.
