any server have any smalls available to purchase still?

As far as I know balmung never opened up? Though.. cant say I saw any free...

Goblin has a lot of them apparently.

Ultros has 68 in Goblet and 7 in LB. Didn't check Mist.

Oh wow, so they all sold that fast... crazy! If ... many opened that is. Most that I ran past had way too much stuff in the yards for new builds.

As a Balmung player, I can assure you plots opened. 12 in the ward I was in (mostly smalls, actually.) and two or three mediums. I snagged my dream plot (16) and am cozying down in my snuggly moogle home, happy to finally be sheltered from the cold of winter.

Curious, but how much did the smalls sell for when they opened?

Yikes, Still waiting on our neighbours to be demolished so i can purchase that.

4 million - 5 million, depending on plot rank, all prices were the same was what was listed in 2.38 patch notes for the added wards way back when. my medium was a rank 1 plot (most expensive) at 37.5 million gil.

I'd been saving every penny SINCE 2.38 to get a house, and when smalls never came around I decided to upgrade, and set the new goal of medium. The wait was long, but the goal was met...and I'm pretty pleased.

Amusingly enough, now that I look at the date, I had been saving for a house for WELL OVER A YEAR with no additional plots EVER added.

sheesh....

The answer seems to be: If you are on a highly populated server, none. If you are on a mid or lower population server, plenty.

Upsides and downsides to being on a mid pop server, but housing availability is definitely the upside!

Lamia here.there are few small plots left on goblet but Mist and Lavender Bed are all Full.

I am just confirming for Goblin, several houses (in really nice locations I might add in lavender beds) are open.

Lots of plots for under 3 mil in Mist, Goblet, Lavender Beds... all on Lich :)

Only handful of houses actually opened up from what I heard from LS I'm in.
