Where did my ears go? [Miqo'te]

The other top hats of the game have ear slots, but this ones missing it. It kind of creeps me out a bit.

The halonic healer/caster headpiece doesn't show ears either.

Consider for a moment how big that hat is. As has been pointed out on several other hats, in order for your ears to even be in the pockets your ears would have to be dislocated from where they'd normally be. That hat looks pretty big and would probably fall into this dislocated ears category if there were ear pockets.

I don't think so. They could probably slide in, but without pockets it would be an extremely uncomfortable hat.

You, my friend, are the only one who likes ear pockets.
I can at least pretend that I've smooshed my ears into this top hat.

A better question is "why are there damned ear pockets on the Wild Rose turban"
or
"Where the hell did my ears go in the Thav turban? I certainly didn't smoosh them down here"

I don't think it would be too much, plus you know vanity and beauty cost you a lot of pain. You want to look fashionable, the. Keep wearing the hat. If you were to have real ears, then the hat would look different cuz they would need to readjust the hat to have a correct and accurate looks.

I kind of like the ear slots though.

Try to send some comments on their tweet and may be send an email. I know forums work, but if you really want something, let them know in all their media. You never know you might find more ppl wanting what you want too

When I was miqo'te, I hated the built in ears they added to hats. I think the most ridiculous one is the SCH Eso hat.

I hate ear pockets. I sorta wish more headgear (especially non-armored ones) just had holes that miqo ears stick out of or just smoosh the ears in, as applicable.

Honestly, I like the version best that they went with lately, with most gear just having holes to stick our ears out of.
But I can get behind hidden ears on big hats too.

The only thing that I really dislike are the ear pockets (especially if they are in a different color or from a different material as well! x.x) and the no-ears look on gear where there is literally no space to put the ears in.

Right? I always hated the ear socks when I was a Miqo'te, especially because a lot of them aren't even in the right place. Imagine wearing earmuffs 24/7. I'd think it'd be especially bothersome to a race that ostensibly has more sensitive hearing. Then again it might explain how no matter what race the WoL is random mooks have no problem sneaking up and attacking us. xD

I actually like the ear pockets though because I like ears. The top hat ear pockets look fine.

It looks cooler without ear pockets on this hat. :)

The Void Ark BRD/MCH hat is seriously ugly with ear pockets!

i don't know about that. sure a lot of the time ear pockets ruin the hat but i have seen some that imo improve the hat(or are not that noticeable)

I think the bard hat looks better with the ears.

I really think that ears should either stick trough hats (they can just clip trough like our hair do, there's not even need to add a hole to the headgear) or have ear pockets (which I actually hate but ok). I don't think it is possible for miqo to hide its ears in such way without getting annoyed a lot and I am not sure if its intended or if devs forgot to add ear pockets/ clippy ears to some headgear.

It's not a bug.
It's likely the devs answering the call of all the people who have requested hats with no silly ear pockets.

My ears fold and move when I emote so they can certainly do so in a hat.

Many people enjoy the no ear pocket style, so you can enjoy the ones that have them and we can enjoy the ones without them. Yey!

Underneath the hat I would guess.

I'm pretty sure this is intended...since the set almost looks like what doctors were back in the 1700-1800s I think?

It would be fine if they weren't all squished and weird looking though... maybe it's just mine but I get these deformed skinny ears from the bard hat that aren't in the right place lol...

Ear slots would have be good.
