"Standing around absentmindedly munching on bread" is definitely a persistent (repeating, unending) emote I could get behind. Imagine if you could switch between a few of them, considering they already have animations of you eating a ton of consumables. Standing around absentmindedly drinking tea, standing around absentmindedly eating a dodo wing, standing around absentmindedly drinking cheap liquor out of a used potion bottle...

There are many great emotes/animations already in the game that I'd like access to. The speaking animations for one (especially the one with the stretched out arm and raised index finger), so I don't have to describe that motion in emotes all the time. And the surprised "hands-up-in-the-air" motion.
The eating idle from the picture would be nice, too. AND I ALSO WANT THE FRIGGIN' ARACHNE BANDANA WITHOUT A MASK SO I CAN BE A PROPER DUTIFUL SISTER, THANK YOU!

ESO has an emote for leaning against a wall while flipping a coin. I'm quite partial to that one myself. Of course, the suggestions in this thread are more likely to happen as they're already in the game.

There are a lot of emotes that are inexplicably cutscene-only. I also want the "explaining things" emote you see now and again (at least for female miqo it's very animated with the hands, and pops up when someone asked what happened and the WoL fills them in)
