I'm currently saving up seals for bombard cores. I've been turning in a good amount of dungeon gear at my GC. As I'm sure many have noticed, when multiple pieces of gear are delivered, the "Delivery Complete!" message needs to play for each piece turned in. The "Delivery Comlete!" cycle seems to go for a couple minutes after I'm done turning in gear. The last time, the cycle even continued playing when I entered a duty.
It's entertaining perhaps the first time, and I know it's been like this for a while. However, this seems like a rather strange oversight that hasn't been fixed yet.
Are there plans to address this, or is there some strange inside joke that I'm missing?

The joke is on us. We the community asked for the removal of confirmation boxes when turning in items for GCs and we got. Now that we can turn them in so fast, the turn music does not have time play while click the confirmation on the next turn in.

Absolutely must be fixed. Do not show the delivery complete message until the player has finished submitting all their items. Is crazy if you hand in a large amount, say 30 items, it will be spamming the complete messages on you for a long time afterwards.

Thank you all for your feedback regarding the completion message of Grand Company Supply and Provisioning missions. We're planning to implement some changes in Patch 3.3 so that the message is no longer repeated in excess when players complete multiple deliveries. -

I think it's a bit over the top to splatter big letters in the middle of the screen and play a fanfare just for handing in a random piece of equipment to our Grand Companies. You'd think we had just killed off the most menacing foe! If it was up to me, they'd leave the text in our chat and play a low-key sound (kinda like when we sell items to vendors).

Some of the worst camera targeting issues I notice is with trying to talk to shop NPCs that may be very slightly hidden behind a flag or post or something, preventing you from targeting them at all, despite the cursor changing as you hover over their body or name.

if you have background music turned off this doesn't happen, so there is a way around it.
