Apologies if this thread was already made before, but I'm curious what people do after they have all 60s (I know there are some) or what people would do if they got everything 60? Would having everything to 60 change how long you'd be subbed for?

For most people who care enough to get everything to 60, I would say no they wouldn't unsub.
They generally care about other things in the game as well... gearing said classes, crafting & gathering ( making sure you're all caught up ), farming glamouring.. so on and so forth
I would be sick of the game and would insta unistall it. It's been like 4 months since I started on my second lvl60. Wanted to do a Drk, but its still lvl36.... It's just so boring repeating the whole procress. I enjoyed it back in 2.0 to bring multiple char to 50, but 60 kind of puts me off.
I would continue leveling to 70 because at that point a new expansion would already be out.
If I had everything at 60 I could work on my glamours :). A long way from that though XD, I get a little bored of leveling DPS classes so they are kind of stuck atm where they are :p.
I'd have become a mindless zombie at that point, so probably mash random buttons on my keyboard after that happens.
weekly eso | diadem | thordan
Thats all you have to do in game.
getting everything to 60 has given me so much free time.
I spend a lot more time helping my friends with whatever they are up to now. (playing leveling dungeons with them for the company / going on extra void ark runs to gear block for them). And working on making back the money I spent buying craft materials while leveling all the crafters up. Working on glamours... pvp! (Then getting angry at pvp)
If I had all 60 (and i'm not that far)
I would craft a shit ton of stuff for my Crafter... Because there is a lot to do to have decentt crafting stat...
I would have fun helping PF
And I would be crazy enough to farm other new zĂȘta ! (I'm only finishing my third right now...)
Well... Almost to all 60 battle classes (only have 5 levels on NIN left) and half way through all of my crafters, gatherers are capped. Basically I plan to do as much gearing as possible and then we're going to have 3.15 and the new Anima weapons plus the Scolisticate quest line so still lots to do.
I spent all of 3.0 leveling everything. Currently I am in the process of now gearing those jobs, catching up on content that I skipped, making the relics that I did not finish prior to 3.0, getting glamour stuff, helping FC people get stuff done, crafting/gathering to recover what I spent to level crafting/gathering by buying stuff and turning it in for XP on those jobs. I have a long list of things I still want/need to do.
Oh god, I'd actually have to start approaching people ingame.
Not exactly looking forward to it. Maybe I'll try to get a house, so I can have a bed to hide under.
I have only AST and DRK left to go (both at 55).. hoping to finish them before relic grind comes out. I have esos, void, thordan, savage, maps, hunts, and helping out others. Could also farm ponies and such I guess. Also, I'm crazy enough that I have an alt char I'm running with a friend to go through the story again.. I didn't follow it too well when I was new to the game.
I have nearly everything to 60. (dark knight 54 and Fisher 55, everything else is capped) but nope, I wouldn't even consider unsubbing. There's crafting, building new airship parts, gardening, glamouring!! :3 Usually by the time I finish all that, there's a new content patch out \o/
I didn't unsub when I had all my classes to 50 before HW, so I guess I won't do it when I will have all 60. I always find something to do on the game. ^^'
What would I do? Enjoy the content all the same.
I had the Professional title before HW and didn't stop playing, soooo, I'd likely practice off main classes and help run content.
I'm past halfway there myself. It's just something to do to break up the bigger grind for your level 60 main. There's still PvP mounts/ranks to earn, torturous minion farming, glamor stuff & housing, MGP grind for Fenrir/Cloud, TT card collecting, etc. LOTS to do, just most of the extra stuff only appeals to a fraction of the audience as much as minmaxing your main job does.
I just want the crown.
I will say that leveling all the jobs does give you insight into ways to improve your main role.
I'm almost done leveling all the battle classes I wanted to fully level... of course then I'll probably go back and level the rest. Who knows?
Even after that I'll just do whatever I was doing when I wasn't leveling- I tend to take long breaks between leveling jobs.
I had all 50's in ARR, and will have all 60's in Heavensward before the next expansion.
When I'm done leveling I focus on two things; achievement hunting and helping others. I don't really bother gearing all DoW/M, as I generally only play two jobs in endgame content.
Maybe make all job has Zeta and Lucis (Or all HQ AF2 Crafting and Gatherer Gear)?
Then I start lamenting (even more) that there's an Esoterics cap and inevitably accept that there will be certain jobs I won't be taking into endgame activities.
For DoL/DoH: I become 90% self-sufficient and I start lamenting that there's a red script cap; until I realize I can craft most glamour and furniture anyway.
If I get all my jobs to 60 this early, I'd probably end up unsubbing within the next month or two. Leveling jobs that I don't play is typically the last thing I focus on (esp for dps due to the queue times). I've only decided to bring all my jobs to 50 near the end of 2.5. Here...I'm in process of doing that since a week before 3.1 actually came out.
There's different things that appeal to different people in the game, which I think is the concept of a theme park mmo or something. But imo, there's really not much else in this game that interests me that wasn't done in 2.0, and the content ever since 3.0 has been bleh in keeping my attention once you get beyond the novelty of it being "new".
I only have MNK, NIN, BRD, and MCH left to go for disciples of war...when I'm done with that I'll get all DoL/Doh jobs to 60 and work on gearing them, getting all the glam I want, and maybe actually working on my long neglected Bravura Atma. I'd also do PVP to get the warhorse.
Also, I have alts. I'm playing the game through again as a warrior main with no other jobs to experience the story with the Japanese dialogue, as well as the fact I love tanking and it's always in need.
8/11 fight classes 3/3 gathering classes 0 craft classes on 60 atm...
Once I have all 60 I'll gear up gatherers/crafters; get into star recipies and gathering; gear up all fight classes randomly; complete raids on classes I haven't used yet for those and definitely have some fun in DFing old coils... so not much would change just that once I feel like leveling I will use my lazy alts ;)

I would work on gearing the classes. That's almost as hard as leveling them. Especially since gearing the melee classes takes almost as much work as gearing all the rest of the classes combined.
Oh, another thing: I just finished completing my ARR crafting log (except the chocobo feed), and plan on working through the HW logs as well. I've also been eyeing the luminary tools/achievement titles for crafting/gathering...
The same thing I do right now. o_o Sit on my AST and run trial roulettes all night for the hell of it/fun of it.
If people light farming in DF see me in multiple runs..... I'm not farming light >_> I'm farming funsies, and just happen to be falling into the same trials.
The messy runs are the fun ones :x
....and then probably start a new character (.....that I already have dozens of, listed and unlisted >.>) for the sheer hell of "Herpaderp I wanna look like/named something else while keeping my main's appearance/name in tact :3"
Glamours #TrueEndGame
Yeah, when you cap everything you feel like your current level is something nonexistent at all. Probably the reason why most of the people I know in game felt something is amiss and usually have nothing to do when logging into the game.
I have SCH/SMN, DRK, AST, WHM, NIN, DRG and BRD at 60, as well as FSH, BTN, MIN and CUL. My MCH is my lowest, and it's lvl47. I put MNK on hold (lvl55) to level crafting, the lowest being CRP at lvl51 and the highest, not counting CUL is WVR at lvl56 I think. I'm done with this college semester in exactly one week and then have a whole month off, so I'm gonna finish levelling all crafters and at least MNK. I know for some it gets repetitive, but I actually enjoy levelling and getting to play all the classes and research them so I have an understanding of every mechanic. I don't like gearing up as much. I also don't have much of a choice since I started college this year, and before that I had time for Coil. Now that I can't raid I pretty much only have levelling left.
the only reason i don't have everything at 60 is because i don't want to waste the XP from Vanu quests and Daily bills, even just doing those i should be all 60 before Christmas.
i play FFXI when i'm not doing Static stuff, capping tomes/scrips, weekly Void Ark, and Dragon maps.
PvP, its pretty much all I do anymore its fun.
Almost all done. ;)

Glamour, minions, and mount is true endgame after 60 huehue
Already have everything at 60 at the moment and I'm gonna say its not much different from before.
