Hi, anyone else having trouble getting into game on Balmung tonight? got kicked after doing a MSQ on my alt, and since then balmung's been inaccessible on my other characters.
It won't load login screen previews of them either, however if i switch to goblin, where i have another alt, goblin loads just fine.
Logging into a char on balmung gives error 1016 currently.

This behavior is reminiscent of the expac launch... but I can't log in just now to check it.

I'm having the same issue. I had just finished Titan HM for a trial roulette and got a 90k error when leaving the instance. After that, when trying to log into my character on Balmung, the character preview doesn't load and when selecting it, I get a 1016 error.

It's because Balmung is down again. Similar incident to last weekend, yet we had a twenty minute rollback then. Just have to wait it out, I'm afraid.

Balmung isnt down. I have a Friend in same house as me still online , and friend down the stree online.

Yeah I'm getting 2002 errors trying to log in, and the character selection screen is just blank before I get the error. These server issues just keep getting worse and worse. Makes me wonder what the heck's going on at SE's end.

Been having issues for over half an hour now. Got into a queue as a tank for Void Ark. Before the instance could fully load, I 90k'd.
Tried to get back in, I'm experiencing lobby (2002) errors.
Character selection screen is also blank. -

It's not just Balmung, I'm pretty sure it's the whole data center. I've got characters on Balmung and Gilgamesh (both Aether center) and I'm having the same problems with characters not displaying then being told there's a lobby error. Got onto my Hyperion (Primal center) character just fine, but it won't even let me attempt to switch back to Aether again.
Edit: Finally managed to get in on Gilgamesh. Still locked out of Balmung. -
