More Hildabrand?

I finally finished her last vow and it said "Hildabrand will return...?"

anyone know if there is anything else coming up for hildy?

I wouldn't expect anything until 3.2, since they usually add more Hildebrand story content in "major" patches. Who knows, they might add something for 3.15, though.

If I remember right if the fans demand it then they'll bring Hildy back. Atleast on the NA side there seems to be enough of an interest for it but I'm not sure for JP or EU.

I have a feeling Hildibrand's returning in 3.15. There's a music file of Hildibrand's theme in the 3.1 patch files.

So long as it's contained in its own set of quests, sure. Even then, though, I feel like it's going to get old pretty fast if there's too much focus placed on him. I'd rather see some attention given to other side stories to further flesh out the game world.

Yes please bring him back!!! I hope he pops up with the new side quest story they are adding. We need more Hildy!!!

I heard that the other detective will make a comeback (from one of Mr. Happy's vids) and that there has been no confirmation that Hildy would return. While I enjoyed Hildy, I wouldn't mind focus being given to the other detective either. It might be a nice switch.

I vote for more Hildy as well.

My whole thing is with Hildy and Briardeen comes GILGAMESH! and maybe another Ultros and Typhon fight [heavy breathing]

Jumping on the bandwagon, I see. He is actually entirely correct in the fact that Briardien will appear in the Scolisticate questline though, since he appeared on a datamined header for one of the quests. Dismissing the knowledge of someone just because you don't like them is a really stupid thing to do.

3.15 patch notes reveals that the new Scholasticate side story quest line requires to complete Hildibrand side quests first.

This makes sense, as the second detective is an Ishgardian.
