Can confirm same issue for myself and my entire static.
The error has changed to 1014.
Having the same problem. Was wondering what was going on when I saw "You are unable to accept more duty right now."

Well what did you expect from a server so packed it's locked 24/7. Other servers are up, I'm on Gilgamesh right now.
Same issue..... maybe I randomly /poked one too many people and caused the server to crash.
Yea balmung just went down on me as well >< 1014 is what it told me ( sigh ).
Lost the online FC members while a friend and I were in alwaysreap together. We got kicked from the duty by 900002 several minutes later, getting the same error as everyone else now.
Least it shows me my character now, before was just a empty spot (where your character stands)

Just got kicked from the Library with this error. Figured we were making too much noise >.>

Same thing happened to me while I was in the middle of tanking Stone Vigil :(
At least now I'm getting into a player queue before it kicks me back out crashing again.
Same here, tries to log in and i either get 1014 or 1016 now.
You can try to get on I was able to get back on just now.
Back up! Login quick before the queue gets to be too many miles long!

And here I was thinking we were just going to be trapped in the duty server like when this happens sometimes.
Server is coming back up, keep trying!

Still getting that 1016 error. Wonder if it was because I was in a dungeon when it went down and it's having trouble resnagging the data?
Saw a 200 person queue - did the ol' "cancel-and-reclick-to-cut-the-line" and still cannot obtain world data. This time it's a 1016 error.
At least I was able to get 4 alts onto the server!
