On a serious note, she just got the hair. I highly doubt they will give us the 3.0 hairs anytime soon. Let her enjoy being unique for the time being. ^^;

I doubt 3.0 Scion outfit and hairstyle will be sold to us in Heavensward. SE realy likes having their NPC have hairstyle + clothes that we can not get. Only reason why they are selling 2.0 Scion gear is, because the Scions will either be dead or return with new hairstyle + clothes. I agree current Y`shtola outfit and hairstyle looks great style wise and is something I would like to own, but this will not happen for now.
Remember players have been asking for Nanamo's hairstyle and clothes for 2+ years now and still the answer was "We want the NPC to be special blablabla". Do not worry, the hairstyle will be sold on the Cash Store in 4.0.:cool: -
