create a charatcer poses

when you are creating a character you can see your character in all these poses. Why arent these poses in the game

They are. The poses are just emotes that you can use, such as /lookout.

Care to clarify which? Far as I know, everything in the character creator when it comes to poses are in-game already.. unless I missed something.

Male Miqo'te poses in char customization are: /lookout, /me, /stretch, /pose, /dance. As far as I know all the races do the exact same ones.

I just looked, no scratching and meowing, closest I can see is /pose in there.

I have no idea what you're talking about, OP. The only emote I distinctly remember from character creation (female miqo'te) is /examineself, and I certainly do not recall any scratching and meowing.

You can select an option at the bottom of the char creation that cycles through 5 emotes, instead of them standing still

Those are just sample poses, OP.
They exist in the game.

thats /pose female miqote twitch their tail up and paw at the air. They don't meow.

Every pose is an example of the race's unique emotes, hence being labeled 'unique'. They are all in game.

The only one of the Final Fantasy MMOs that had unique creation poses was XI, but in there they were meant to convey the 'feel' of the character and were actually an editable in-line cutscene. XIV uses the game engine and stock emotes. Try the emotes listed in this thread, you'll see.
